I would rather wait in my car here for above average burritos than sit in the two (about to be three) other Tex-​Mex places in town. I always get egg and chorizo burritos, but have had their torta and lunch burrito as well. They move to the downtown square some weeknights and are there till the bars close.
Quick turn around on orders and consistent.
