This is in regards to my visit at the Citadel Store. Before i start with my issue i would like to say that my kids love your pretzels so much that i use the pretzel to bribe them to do something i would usually stuggle to get them to do. I walked in the store and waited maybe 3 minutes for it to be my turn. I needed 2 custom cheese pretzels and 2 pepperoni. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes to get them made, which was fine. I came back to pick them up and they were ready. When i was handed the bag i walked out with my pretzels to notice that i got no napkins, i have three kids so it will get messy. I walked back in and waited for someone to acknowledge me, nothing, i said«excuse me» several time so at least 2 people back there, clearly they heard me, i waved to them and nothing, i didnt exist, i then walked back to yesenia and let her know that i just purchased 4 pretzels and needed napkins … she gave me 3. I walked out before i embarrassed myself further. Also, i wrote this review to the corporate website and gave them a week to answer … i heard nothing. I guess as long as corporate gets their franchise payments to don’t care what happens at the store level. Sad.

I love this place! Not only are the Pretzels delicious, the employees make it very comfortable and welcoming. I like how you can see them roll the dough, it lets you know you’re getting fresh pretzels, the employees never give me hassle and they are always kind to me when I make my order, I live around the area and I’m at the citadel quite often so stopping at This place for a nice easy snack is always great. I will continue to eat here. As for customer service I do remember a few employees but 1 I couldn’t forget her name because it was Paradise, well that’s what her name tag read, she’s so kind to me and makes it comfortable to return again, as well as the others there seems to be good communication. & of course I have to review the pretzels, my favorite one is the almond pretzel and the Jalapeño pepperoni. Don’t forget a chilled frozen lemonade!

Came here at about 1pm for a few soft pretzels and it was very crowded. There isn’t much space for customers to walk around at all. I was constantly getting pushed and shoved by other people, which was extremely frustrating especially when I was juggling pretzels and sodas. The pretzels were okay. Some had too much salt, some didn’t have any at all. A little inconsistent, but not bad. I wish the pretzels were a little cheaper, cause $ 3-$ 4 is kind of a lot for a soft pretzel…

This stuff is really really bad for you, but it’s so damned delicious. I guess that’s the thing with food that’s bad for you eh. The lemonade and such is ridiculously sweet but if you ask the staff will water it down for you. The pretzel bites and cinnamon bites are super legit. I love these things. cheesy jalapeño goodness, or a pizza pretzel. It’s like making two stops in the same place. It’s cool for mall food.

Tried the garlic and sour cream pretzel here. So much garlic powder on it. You’ll definitely be left with garlic breathe. I love the consistency of the pretzel dough. Super soft. I am however not a fan of all the pretzels they threw away because they weren’t as fresh as they should be. A whole bin full of maybe not the best pretzels but still perfectly edible pretzels. Wasteful!

I’ve always loved Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. They are usually located in high traffic mall which keeps their product turning over pretty quickly and the pretzels are always warm and soft and rolled in yummy toppings like sour cream and onion or cinnamon sugar so I just assumed this was going to be a simple 4 or 5 star reviewed — guaranteed. There were two employees standing outside handing out pretzel nugget samples from a rather large tray and they were gathering quite a crowd. They were aso handing out coupons for a free signature pretzel with purchase of stix or nuggets. That sounded just too good to be true so we headed out of the late summer heat to take refuge in the air conditioned interior. Mom and I have always been HUGE fans of the frozen lemonade. They now have a new product called frozen lemonade mixers which come in your choice of cherry, strawberry, mango, or blue raspberry. Prices are: small $ 2.79, med $ 3.09, large $ 3.39 Mom ordered a frozen raspberry lemonade and I ordered the mango. I felt the flavor mixers didn’t add anything to the frozen lemonade. Mom felt it detracted from it. She threw hers away in the trash after just a couple of sips. I drank about half of mine before throwing it away. Warning, they are not adding fresh fruit, just flavored syrup. My advice is to order them straight up with no syrup. We also purchased a cup of sour cream & onion nuggets and scored a free cinnamon sugar pretzel. The nuggets were fresh — still warm and doughy in a pleasant way, not overly chewy. The sour cream powdered flavor was perfect near the top, but became overpowering as we neared the bottom. We didn’t finish the last couple of pieces. The cinnamon sugar coated pretzel was tasty, but not as fresh as the nuggets, bordering on chewy. The cinnamon crumbled everywhere on the floor, on our fingers, and on our laps. We ended up throwing away the last half of the pretzel, which is something we’ve NEVER done before. The pretzels were not bad, they just weren’t up to the normal standard I expect from Auntie Anne’s.

Been addicted to the pretzel Nuggets lately. Soft, delicious and not too greasy.

I stopped by this Auntie Anne’s this afternoon for a quick bite to eat while shopping at Citadel Outlets. The line was pretty long when I got there, but waiting wasn’t too bad since they were giving out free samples of their strawberry and cherry lemonade! I liked the strawberry, so I bought one when it was my turn to order. I also got the salted Pretzel Nuggets, which I shared with my mom(it’s her favorite item from Auntie Anne’s) and a Pepperoni Pretzel, which I introduced my dad too(he liked it!). The strawberry lemonade was sweet and refreshing! Service was fast and friendly at this location. I would recommend it!

I am a fan of Auntie Anne’s but not at this location. No more pretzel after 2:15 pm? That’s a first for me. This place is located inside Citadel Outlet at City of Commerce. It has separate entrance and exit like a walk-thru. They have new mango and pomegranate featuring blue raspberry, cherry and strawberry. I got the cherry drink and it wasn’t bad. I forgot which pretzel I got but the lady said they were out of it. She didn’t offer to make more or anything. I saw only pepperoni, jalapeño, almond, cinnamon sugar and pretzel stix. There was a lady who was making pretzels but she was chatting away with a guy for a long time. Maybe that’s why they didn’t make any more pretzels… 2 stars! Auntie Anne’s at this location is not yummylicious!
