Awful, just awful. I don’t know why, but I was craving pizza hut with pretzel bread crust. Why not? So I order online. Pizza gets here pretty fast. We sit down to eat and we open the box… it isn’t even kinda pretzel bread. It is lukewarm pan pizza, soaked in grease, with some pretzel salt on it. I’m not even kidding. We sat, defeated, not wanting to have to call them and complain. We drew straws and I lost. I call them up and they answer after 2 minutes of the annoying hold«music», which is just like a radio commercial for pizza hut. A girl answers and is laughing at something in the background, I tell her there must have been a mistake. She asks for some details and then goes dead silent while looking it up. Awkward. She finally says«hold on a sec» and puts me on hold. I wait another three minutes and she says«I will have that right out to you. Very sorry about that!» So after over half an hour, it gets here. It is at least warm, but isn’t pretzel crust. It is slightly more browned pan pizza with salt. We gave up and emailed corporate, hoping they will just give us a refund. We don’t plan on ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

For the longest time, the only thing Pizza Hut had going for them was the boneless wings in garlic parm and bbq forms. Even then, it was starting to lack. The same flavors over and over were getting old and becoming borderline disrespectful. After the bacon cheese stuffed crust came out(don’t let the molding of two of God’s greatest culinary creations fool you), I had officially lost all respect for Pizza Hut. I wouldn’t even have fed it to my dogs. Harsh, I know. Shortly after, I heard a radio ad in Atlanta about a brand new overhaul. I thought it was a joke. After a night of heavy drinking, I decided to put it to the test. And you know what, I was so glad I did! When I say complete overhaul, this is no joke. You have 5 sauces to choose from, extra flavor drizzles, new ingredients, and crust flavors. I had to keep reminding myself to not get too excited, as it was still Pizza Hut, but I could not contain myself. That night, I ordered 4 completely different types of pizza, and ended up eating 17 slices. It was that good, yo. Now, on this location. Knowing that Pizza Hut is close to work, this came in handy. The carryout closes at 10, but delivers until midnight(at least on the weekends). I order from here about once a week. The usual driver(Patrick) is friendly, and always brings plates, napkins, toppers. He knows my crew likes to eat! Another special thing about this place is they come through in the clutch. They saved last Friday night and Halloween as well. That goes far in my book! The only thing that sucks is that the computers have dated browsers so I am either using my cell or calling in to order. Make sure your net browsers are updated! I dare you to try the new flavors of Pizza Hut!
