Pioneer Park

Pioneer Park is a fairly new park located in Commerce City, CO. The park is situated in the arm pit of Colorado, east of Holly St, west of Monaco, north of 58^th and south of 60^th St. I say ‘arm pit of Colorado’, but I am actually super excited about how new, clean and fun this park is. I’m starting to think that Commerce City might one day successfully turn a 180.
The park features the following:
Baseball fields
Bating cages
A Fountain
Basketball Courts
Shaded tables
A skate park
and my personal favorite…
a bmx dirt jump park
Objectively, I must say that the dirt jumps are not really much to write home about. I have ridden at better places in the Denver area, but they are fairly close to downtown. Although I don’t skate or ride much park, the skate park looks really sweet. I think it rival’s Denver’s park.
I think what makes this Park so cool is that, excluding yuppies, it has a little bit of everything.
