Global Stone Marble & Granite

Global Stone Marble and Granite in Commack is a HUGE scam. When you first walk in your greeted by a rude young girl. The first thing I said was, that my wife and I work very hard, and we want a high grade exotic granite. The first thing she should have said was, we don’t have high grade anything, our granite is all the same white stone, just the faces are stained different colors. I would have said, thanks for your time, but I’m looking for natural stone, and I would have went on my way home, but instead. She says we have great natural granite and rushes you through their showroom, with the lights dimmed a little low, I now understand why, they are hoping you don’t notice their fake, engineered, die colored granite, with their fake color stained facing, dripping off to the sides, but behind that temporary color, is a plain old white granite slab. Then, when you hire a seperate company, to take care of the purchase of global stones fake, engineered granite, and your fabricator receives it, you own it, no questions asked. When my installer received GLOBAL STOBES GARBAGE FAKE DIED GRANITE, he called me right away and told me, if I new it was engineered colored granite, that once the edges get cut, the edges will be the actual color behind that fake stain they put on top, that we will have to figure out how to find a stain to match the edges, to match the rest of the top and seal then seal it. I told him I’ve never heard of the scam, and they charge you as if it was a natural stone with no die faced coloring. I called GLOBAL STONE and they said, sorry but we can’t take it back, I told them I would take them to court, and they said, you will lose, because we make sure our bills are written up perfect, for us to win any case. So I had to pay my fabricator the 4500 it cost to purchase it from them. My wife and I we’re sick to our stomach… GLOBAL STONE YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYTHING BUT MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. OWNER JOHN AND HIS SON NICK HANGING UP ON ME, AND NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS. I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT. THAT WILL NOT GROW YOUR BUISNESS, BUT ONLY SINK YOUR BUISNESS IN TIME. BE HONEST TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, AND TELL THEM YOUR GRANITES ARE ALL EXACTLY THE SAME COLOR UNDERNEATH, BUT A COLOR HAS BEEN ADDED ON THE FACE ONLY, and when you’re fabricator receives it from us, you will be STUCK WITH IT, AND THE COLOR WILL WEAR OFF IN THE FUTURE, TO KEEP UP WITH THE STAINING AND SEAL COATS. THEY SHOULD RENAME THERE STORE FAKE COLORED GRANITE. DEAR GLOBAL STONE OWNERS, A LITTLE ADVICE, IF IT DOESN’T BOTHER YOU, WHEN YOU SCREW CUSTOMERS OVER, YOU HAVE NO HEART, AND WHEN YOU NEED GOD’S HELP, HE WILL LOOK THE OTHER WAY, YOU LOSE.
