Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve been coming here for couple years, an for the pass several months the food menu has gone down hill, half the time the service is mediocre, I ordered chicken biscuit w/​cheese, the chicken seemed raw, another time the biscuit was raw in side, rather than giving you a new one they reheated an served back to you. Today another hitch, we wanted bagels with lox spread no lox spread ask for chive spread, neither, so why do they even sell bagels? So I ordered the tail gate, w/​everything bagle, order got screwed up. but corrected, Eating it was not as nice as it looked, the sausage was smokey but high in fat you can see the color was not normal for a sausage, very light, it was more like flavored fat. It just seems like DD is going down hill, shame it was one of my favorite places for coffee an breakfast, need to start running around an ck new places to get breakfast.

OMG don’t miss this place. The service is awesome, the new dark roast excellent (we had hot and cold for 0.99) and the counters were clean, the bathroom was ok, the managers/​owners always greet us. During the end of the year they give a free calendar with annual coupons. This time I was able to taste the special ½ iced tea and ½ lemonade. It was sweet so I opted for my coffee but I will be back. If you drive down Jericho too fast you will miss it…
I understand the other Unilocaler bc they were training some young people who weren’t as versed with computer but the boss helped them and my order was a-​ok.

OMG! Stay away if you care about your health and your time. It was gross and needs a health inspection ASAP!!! The staff put a dirty broom onto the counter where they place the food once it’s ready! I said something and he moved it, but that is not good enough. The woman totally messed up my order. It was a joke.
