So I found this place on zoc doc and made an appointment. I prefilled out all my forms so when I got here, it would be quicker. First, they called me to ask all the same questions that were in the form. Then they changed the time of my appointment without telling me and insisted that was the original time. Next when I arrived, I had to fill out all the same forms I did online AGAIN. What a waste of time! Then I waited 50 mins after my appointment time to get into a room. I saw the the doctor just hanging out in reception while I waiting. By the way, i was one of two waiting, so it wasnt a super busy day. No explanation as to why I just sat there. I would have left if I had not paid the co pay. Note, dont pay co pay in advance!
When I finally get into the exam room, im asked all the same questions that I filled out twice bc they need to enter me into the system. Redoing all this took another fifteen mins.
After that I sat around the room so long that I had time to write this long long review.
Once the doc came in, he was actually a very nice guy that paid attention and knew what he was doing.
