The dentist is ok. But the front office was horrible. They dropped out from my health plan but didn’t inform me. The next thing I know was I got the bill from the dentist office. I call the office and they ask me to call the insurance company. They can’t even tell me that they are not participating anymore. I personally wrote the letter to the dentist who is the owner. And of course, no response and no responsibility. The business ethics dealing with the patients are very poor. If Unilocal has a minus in stars, I would use it. Strongly not recommended.

Super accommodating, friendly, and very thorough. Needed to have a few different things done in one day, and they were all over it. I’m a little picky with my dentists… so I’ve been around the block. I’ll keep coming to these guys though!

I’ve been going to Dr. Biggiani for quite a long time now. I’m good friends with his niece (who hopefully will soon join his practice, his nephew is already there). The staff is friendly and professional; the waiting room is gorgeous, and there’s even TV’s in the exam rooms, so you can watch the news as your teefs are being cleaned.
Yay for making the dentist a little more bearable!
