Do not waste your time or money on this place. The office staff is completely incompetent and do not have a clue what the other is doing. They do not make «automated» appointment calls like they say you do. I went back today WITH a card saying spinal nerve block appointment. My hubby pulls our special needs child out of school 2 hours early and took a half vacation day because I was told not to drive myself. We get there and the staff says «no, it’s only an MRI review». WTF? If THAT was the case I would have made an appointment in the morning,. They DO NOT take your horrible chronic pain seriously or the injection WOULD have happened today. It is NOT like I was asking for drugs,. I had 7 knee surgeries from 2010 to 2011, two total knee replacements and a removal on the knee because of two bacterial infections. I was afraid to go to a pain clinic because I did not want to go on narcotics. Over the past year the pain in my knee makes me cry constantly. The staff at Wellspring do not care. When the EOB’s come for my appointments, I am going to make sure our insurance does not pay one dime. They are obviously milking insurance companies and schedule you for idiotic office visit reasons.
