Absolutely the worst TACO BELL… Not only did they get my order wrong, there were no napkins or utensils the taco shells were all cracked. The pizzas looked like somebody threw up in a box… You have been warned. It just baffles me how they can screw up that bad… It was 11am one customer ahead of me, they were not busy. Grant it I should of check my bag, so I’ll take the blame for that, but not for the inconsistency and lack of basic skills….

I am always having to return and complain about an incorrect order because the people making the food are spaced out and not paying attention.

This is my FAVORITE Taco Bell in Columbus! I could order 20 items (& I have for parties several times) and every item will be there & correct! The gentleman that manages this location is a really really nice guy & actually held the door open for me when he saw me coming while sweeping once! The staff seems to know what they’re doing & have always been very friendly to me. The food is always what you expect from Taco Bell & is always freshly made to order!
