San Remo’s

Delivery was fast (under 30 mins on a Saturday night)
Mac and cheese bites; standard boxed mac and cheese shaped in to triangles, breaded and fried. Not spectacular but not bad at all, you get a good amount for the price
Chicken fingers; not sure if they were out but I received a breaded and fried chicken breast cut into strips. Don’t really care because it was pretty good. Came with BBQ sauce and ranch
Pizza; Really good, tons of cheese, nice sauce with a little heat to it, crust was thin yet chewy and crunchy with a little char at the edge.
San Remo’s is now my go to pizza delivery place, not quite as good as Borgata but I don’t have to go get it

Well… this is probably the best pizza on the north side by a long shot. About as close to a real Neopolian pie I had since I left Italy. Crust=Excellent slightly smokey flavor and outstanding texture Sauce = Excellent tangy and fresh Toppings=Excellent Only got banana peps, pepperoni, sausage, onion, basically a Donato’s Founder’s Favorite. San Remo’ is a more sophisticated taste. Seems like higher quality ingredients. Yum…

Moments in life will bring at a crossroad in which you ask yourself «will I continue with my routine for this day, or will I satisfy the basic needs of my body?» It’s at those moments where you say «Let’s find something to eat.» In this particular adventure, my wife and I payed a visit to a locally owned pizza shop called «San Remo’s» we’ve been meaning to go to at some time.
It was amazing.
I can leave the review at that, but I must get into the details. San Remo’s has amazing pizza. Their menu is diverse, and from the fries we also ordered, we were able to tell that this has something great going. It’s not in the best neighborhood but you can call in and pick up your order; if you’re around the area they’re able to deliver. I live far away so they wont deliver to my area but that’s fine; I’ll be calling in and picking up from now.
If you do want to stop by, have defined what you want to order. Take into account that this place has coupons. There is one in particular that I do remember: one large, one topping pizza, with an italian sub, five wings and a free 2 liter soda for $ 20. It’s the family coupon and I believe that’s a great deal.
The pizza itself is amazing. The sauce and cheese are what blew me away; it’s excellent and the dough they used tasted well. I recommend any pizza enthusiast and lover to try out this place.

I have eaten a lot of pizza in my day, love it. San Remo’s is at the top of the list for Columbus pizza. (Top 3 at least) Terrific fresh crust, soft and delicious. Home made tomato sauce with a terrific flavor. Fresh mozzarella and provolone cheese round out the goodness. Full menu also available. Price is good, with their coupons, available on their counter an 18 inch, one topping pie is 10 bucks. Sorta a rough neighborhood for the location but you aren’t moving in just picking up and enjoying some mighty tasty food. (The bacon and pepperoni is outstanding)
