Boo… terrible customer service. Way way over priced. These guys wanted 100 $ for diagnostics. Most places if you do the repair with them they will put that 100 $ towards the repair bill. These guys would not. Boo. I also got a weird serial killer vibe from the guy working there. I wont go back here ever.

They charge $ 50 to do a diagnostic review and an estimate for the cost of repair based upon that review. Sounds kind of pricey to me.

Looking to save cash on a computer repair? Don’t go here. Guy wanted $ 200+ for a hard drive transfer. Anywhere else it’s $ 50-​$ 75. Yikes!
