Food was consistent as always. Always come here for drive thru. We dined in today, but the tables are sticky, Tried another table, and it’s dirty as well. You got kids standing there behind the counter yapping, so I finally had to ask them to clean our table. Dried up ketchup and crumbles. The one in the Powell is much cleaner in my opinion.

I’ve stopped back two times since my original post and the tables have been cleaner. I hope they keep up the good work!

Not impressed. Food was good but beware if you eat in. Couldn’t find ONE clean table so i cleaned one off myself. Natajshi was less than enthused to help customers. When she FINALLY came out to clean, she wiped off one of the tables that was dirty and went about her conversations behind the counter.

You assume driving-through is a faster way to get your food, right? Then you’re totally wrong. Been here for at least 6 times and average waiting time was 15 minutes at least. You may say I came at the peak time. Unfortunately my lunch hour is usually around 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. They just tell you to wait and it’s like forever.

When you have a hankering for chicken fingers you come here. The chicken fingers are fresh so fresh you can smell it from your car as you drive out of the drive thru. They are really friendly at the drive thru window making sure to ask if you need anything with your meal. I tend to like honey mustard sauce and BBQ sauce with my chicken fingers but I just always go with the default they ask which is ketchup. I guess they just assume everyone likes the canes sauce with their chicken fingers. The one thing I really like about this location that I know about is they support the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and there is like one day of the year where the proceeds of your meal goes to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation to make a difference to those suffering with ulcerative colitis. As a sign of appreciation, I will definitely make a stop here to give to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation on that time of the year they dedicate to it. I haven’t been inside for the dine in experience except for their Grove City location, so I can’t really say what it’s like inside until I actually go in. I will make sure to pay a visit inside soon when I have another hankering for the good olé chicken fingers.

I love raising canes but this is by far the worst location I have been to. My friend and I both walked in and went to the counter to order. The woman taking our order just stared at us blankly and did not even greet us or anything. She talked very quietly so I couldn’t hear anything she was saying. Not even when she called my name when my food was ready. I love Canes sweet tea but theirs was not sweet at all.

I definitely don’t like when you go to a place and try to cash in your Unilocal check-in deal and literally no one knows what you are talking about. After a few minutes, they figured it out, but it’s still a little troubling. After that, it was your typical Cane’s experience, just absolutely crave-worthy, amazing comfort food. We went here after a hike, and we’d built up quite an appetite. Cane’s did not disappoint!

I have always considered Raising Cane’s to be the red headed step child of Zaxby’s, but I was in the mood for some chicken fingers and this location was near my meeting. It has been several years since I have had chicken fingers at RC, but — let me tell us — if they keep up the quality I encountered on this trip then they may push ahead of Zaxby’s in the chicken finger race. I found the chicken to be extremely moist and the breading to be crunchy, but without having too much breading. The toast is amazing, the tea sweet and fresh, and, of course, the Cane sauce is amazing as always. The fries could be better seasoned, but were fresh and crunchy. The menu is even more limited than Zaxby’s where you can get salads and wings in addition to fingers. Service was fast and pleasant. If you are late to the chicken finger game, Raising Cane’s is worth the visit.

Good was good but the restaurant was nasty. Very noisy and dirty. I felt bad for not order takeout.

It’s chicken, and it’s in one form: tenders, either as they are or on a sandwich. I will say they do it very well and keep the meat pretty moist for all white meat. They only offer three sides — coleslaw, fries, and Texas toast. The coleslaw could be a little sweeter, and the fries are pretty boring. The Texas toast is awesome and so is the Cane’s sauce. All locations offer great customer service and this one is no exception. The dining area was a little smaller than other locations I’ve been to.

As Doc says in his review this Raising Canes location stands out among the rest in Columbus. It’s always clean, food is cooked perfect and the portions are never too small, staff is friendly and upbeat and they don’t make order mistakes. On top of that I often bring the kids here to eat and don’t partake as I’m on a low carb diet and a lot of times they offer me a free drink which has never happened anywhere else. If you’ve never been to Canes it is pretty much the Chipotle of Chicken Fingers. They do one thing and they do it extremely well. Fresh never frozen chicken, marinated so it’s juicy and cooked to order so you might have to wait a few mins if they are busy. You won’t find an array of BBQ or dipping sauces here, in fact they only serve their house made«Canes Sauce» and a honey mustard that’s not on the menu. Most meals come with a garlic toast which is absolutely a must. The crinkle cut fries are excellent and if you get a big meal you will get some awesome cole slaw and being from WV where we eat a lot of cole slaw I know slaw so trust me when I says it’s good. Canes is hardly ever a let down and probably the best fast food in town right up there beside chipotle.

For the price you can’t beat it! I mean even going to a nicer establishment you won’t find chicken fingers like canes. I’m not a big fast food person but canes is very good and I would recomend it to anyone.

It is what it is. Chicken Strips, Toast, Slaw, and Fries. Thats what they serve. The food is always consistant, good and priced reasonable. The fries are ok and the bread ahould be buttered when it comes out. The chicken is very good and the majic sauce is awesome. The staff is always friendly teenagers. For what it is I like it just fine.

Tasty fried chicken, not the best I have ever had but certainly the best nearby. There may be local sit-down places who can offer better, but I haven’t found them yet. The sauce tastes interesting, not bad– but the Texas Toast is what does it for me. Staff that I encountered in the drive thru seemed upbeat and well-behaved, this is very important to me no matter where I go. I have nothing bad to say about this place, except that one guy seemed put off by the fact that a person ahead of me asked for fresh chicken. I understand dude… it was late, but hey– they are the customer. But overall, this is one of my favorite places to get quick and tasty fast food– I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet. In this day and age the price is definitely right for what you get here, a good sized portion of food that won’t cost an hour of your pay.(unless you work in the fast food industry LOL) Try the Caniac!!!

Probably the best fried chicken in Columbus, no matter which location you go to(haven’t triedHot Chicken Takeover yet). Very simple menu and delicious sweet tea(lots of sugar!). Their chicken is very fat and juicy, never dry, and comes with their amazing specialty sauce. Their combos come with cole slaw, fries, and a slice of toast. Their toast is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, SOGOOD! I don’t like their fries though… it’s soft, mushy, and just looks… limp and sad. If you are in Columbus, this is a must-visit place!

What’s there not to like about Cane’s? Delicious fried chicken, scrumptious toast, and crunchy fries? It’s great for quick food and especially drunk food for those that want something to eat after drinking. Cane’s sauce is soooo good! I also like getting the 3 finger combo since it’s a lot of food. I always get half sweet tea and half regular tea mixed.

This is the one place where you go for the sauce(and perhaps the texas toast). The chicken is a delivery vehicle for the sauce, but it is good in its own right too. Gotta get two toasts when here, and pray that the chicken is cooked just right, not too dry or too chewy, when its in the just right zone, it can’t be beat. The young staff here have fun, and that’s good that its a laid back atmosphere. Be prepared to snag a table as soon as you see one open since they go quickly during peak meal times. One thing I like about this place too is that they treat their employees pretty good, including closing down the restaurant for major holidays, and even some minor ones. Good for them, that makes me want to support this place even more.

I got the caniac, and while I have probably had better tenders overall, these were still pretty good. My husband really liked the breading. We were both indecisive about the sauce. Like we weren’t sure we liked it, but we couldn’t stop eating it haha. We both really liked the Texas toast. I don’t care why it’s there. It’s delicious. And honestly, it’s a pretty good deal for the amount of food you get in my opinion. I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow, which is always nice.

Been to other Cane’s locations around Cbus and can say this one is a stand out among them. First off, this place is on the NE corner of the very busy Sawmill & Powell Road intersection and not very easy to get in and out of if you are not familiar with the area, many turn restrictions abound. During my short time dining there I saw a real circus of people making wrong turns and other questionable driving choices. With that caveat out of the way, a warm semi-robotic greeting as you enter a nice open dining room with a choice of booths and tables, self serve drinks(love their sweet tea) and the order counter. The friendly dude working the counter was delivering orders to tables while I was there, a plus in my book over the usual mulling around like waiting cattle with others for their orders. Big fat juicy chicken fingers are the norm here and these did not disappoint and are always the star of the meal. I’m not a fan of their crinkle/shoestring hybrid fries but that’s just my preference when it comes to my beloved taters. Decent fresh diced slaw that’s not overly sauced and gives that nice contrast to the fried foods. And the grilled Texas toast, for those of you that ask Why? It’s for sopping up every drop of that Cane’s sauce from those little cups! Yes, the sauce is good, addictive? Well that’s debatable but it pairs well with the food here. To sum up, this franchise op is well worth seeking out if you’re in this part of town for the chicken strip lover young or old. Clean, good food, friendly service…

How can you not love this place? I guess if you’re vegetarian or vegan, but then again, they don’t cater to that market. Every time I’ve come to this location, the staff has been fast and friendly(even when the front is packed), the chicken has been hot and juicy, the bread is warm and toasty, and the sauce is the boss, as always. It is what it is — chicken fingers and crinkle cut fries. Nothing complex. No catering to «add more to the menu.» They’re just damn good chicken fingers.

Since when this location open up on Sawmill Rd? It’s not a noticeable building and we just happened to stumble across it on the way to Bed, Bath and Beyond. We’ve heard of this place from friends but never had the chance to go grab a quick bite there until today. We ordered the CANIAC to share for under $ 9, and it came with: 6 chicken fingers Sides: extra fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, 2 canes sauce, & large drink For a fast food joint, the chicken fingers are crispy and succulent. Standard sides and I do recommend their brewed sweet tea. It’s not the generic sugar water tea mix you get elsewhere.
