. No one I have met yet can come close to her sew-​ins and styles. My only qualm is that she tends to be slightly heavy handed when combing one’s hair. Besides that, This lady is Damn GOOD! at her craft. She is also very professional and respectful.

I’ve been to this location once and it sits on high St near campus so you know what that means, No parking! I had to park a block or two down and walk all the way down. I found this salon on Unilocal & I made an appt for a relaxer for 10 am on a Wednesday and I got there and no one was there. It was probably about 10 minutes after my appt start time and I decided to call the number she gave me. She answered and said «I’m across the street» kind of rudely. Almost like 10 minutes was too soon to see where she was. She immediately turned on the tv to love and hip hop, a obnoxious show that I hate. Not much hospitality while she was doing my hair. Usually hair stylists will at least talk to you. But I guess you get what you pay for. My hair looked great for a great price but customer service is also very important. And an apology for having me standing on high street when it was about 80 degrees would have been nice too. The price I paid is probably the only thing that would have me return but her customer service makes me not want to at the same time.

If you are used to the big city and big style Dominic is the right stylist for you… and how do I know this? Well I have always been proud to say I grew up in Chicago and my sister lives in Atlanta so let it be said that the competition is steep– a stylist seems like is on every corner. You don’t have to go far for good service in major cities. Now Columbus is nothing like that so… unless your in the Columbus gene pool network sometimes it seems your guess is has good as mine. As well some shops seem more like a net work meet up and for the money I was paying I didn’t feel I was getting a salon personal touch experience.
Well Queen Bee doesn’t make you feel like a number… she treats YOU like a queen.

Here I was thinking I couldn’t find the top of the line quality hair care in Columbus. It takes a Queen to give you crowning glory.

I love this place! Dani started my locks over 10 years ago and styled them for my wedding 3 years ago. They’re professional and laid back and very knowledgeable about Black hair care. They only want the best for you and your look and are priced well. For natural hair care, definitely try them out and you’ll stick to them like glue for your lifetime.

Queen Bee’s is the best places I have been to for a hair style. The salon has a wide range of stylists who can create the hair of your dreams. From dredlocks, braids, sew ins and anything else your hair desires. I like to think of the stylists as hair therapist, not only will your hair look fabulous but your mind and soul will be renewed as well. Stylists cater to women, men, and children. Its an ideal location is on North High Street close to campus and Clintonville.
