Much like the other reviewer, I really love Puma shoes. I wish the store loved them as much as I do. The highlight here is on the clothes and the accessories and the shoes seem like an afterthought. The selection is minimal, especially compared to what you can find online, and they don’t have any kids’ shoes in stock which seems odd to me. The staff isn’t helpful in the least, though part of the problem might be that they can’t hear my questions over the obscenely loud music. I’m all for songs drowning out everything else at night clubs, but in a store it’s more than a little obnoxious. For now I’ll save myself the trouble and order all my Pumas online, but they could really learn a lesson from the Sketcher’s store that went in across the road. Both my husband and I originally intended to buy Pumas but after an unsuccessful trip into the store we ended up buying three pairs of Sketchers because of their superior selection and staff.

Don’t get me wrong, I love my Puma shoes. They are my go-to shoes when I want the comfort of a sneaker without the bulky look of a sneaker. But I’m always disappointed when I come in this store because the actual shoes are not the focus here. Its more of the clothing and accessories. I know that brands like to do this, but I want to see the shoes be the highlight! And more than just a few pairs. The staff has never been particularly friendly and I always seem to walk out of here feeling like I’ve been an imposition to them. I think I’ll stick with elsewhere to get my next pair of Pumas.
