Why it takes over 25 minutes to get our 12 piece is an unsolved mystery… Especially when there have been at least 10 cars served before us (ordered after). It’s 9:00, get it together.

I have to say the customer service at this Popeye’s goes above & beyond normal service. They had just had a big rush and they had to drop more chicken and onion rings. Lorenzo, the manager, was very helpful and took care of my order. On top of all that the food was fantastic. Will be back on my next trip to Columbus.

This place is notorious for terrible employees. I loved it for a to-​go fried chicken lunch on sundays. I now pass it by no matter how hungry I am. I have not been there in about 3 months so maybe something has changed. Good chicken but the attitude and rudeness of the employees is plain bizarre.

I love Popeyes but keep your food fresh, especially when you’re not busy. IMO people would wait a few extra minutes for you to drop food then to get something that’s been under the lamp for awhile.

I love Popeye’s chicken regardless of location but this store stays busy and keeps the grease hot and fresh! Columbus has more than it’s share of fast fried chicken places with a Chick Filet across the street but make mine spicy! I’ve found this location to be generous in substitute pieces and make goods. I just learned that Popeye and Churches are owned by the same company,
