This will be the only place I purchase any snowboard/​ski items moving forward. This place sets itself apart with a high attention to detail in their customer service. Chris was very attentive and made our experience great with his wealth of knowledge. We Will be back!!!

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Not just in a sense of being kind, but their employees (mainly Marlene who has a niece in high school that plays softball) went above and beyond helping my daughter choose a softball bat. She plays for school and a travel team and the two store employees we interested with were very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly — even taking my daughter out front to try out swings on three different bats. She ended up choosing the DeMarini. I also purchased little league gear for my 6 year old son (Nike cleats $ 9, ball pants, socks and a good used helmet $ 9). We will definitely be back!

I wish I had taken advantage of this place more back in high school, because it has just about everything you need when it comes to sports at very cheap pricing. This Play It Again in particular carries hockey equipment/​sticks, and I don’t believe every one does.
They offer certain services too, like adding numbers to jerseys (they can also remove some on certain jerseys), cutting sticks to the right length, and I’m not sure if they have skate sharpening or not, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did.
Nowadays, I just come here to buy hockey sticks, and you can get $ 150-​$ 200 sticks for around $ 60 which is an incredible deal. Both times I’ve gone, the staff has been really helpful and come over to ask me if I needed any help. They keep the place well-​staffed too, so you shouldn’t have a problem getting assistance.
If you’re looking for sports equipment for you or your kids, stop by Play It Again first, because it really beats paying full price for gear you’d find at Dick’s.

I visited this Play It Again Sports location to trade in an old softball bat of mine for a new one. The service I received was very good and the store was easy to navigate. They even let me take some of the bats outside to swing them. I was pleasantly surprised to get $ 7 in trade for my old bat, which was from high school… and the new bat I purchased was only $ 20 ($ 13 with the trade). Not bad at all! I will definitely return for my sporting goods needs in the future.
