There has been 3+ hours delivery times for over two weeks now. I’ve canceled my online order twice and luckily caught it before ordering again today. This is unacceptable but somehow the people working there seem to think its ok. Who is going to wait 3+ hours for a pizza to be delivered? I’ve ordered from there many times, with the pizza being good for the most part. But this ridiculously long delivery time is keeping me and all my friends away. How do they even expect to get delivery business like this? Either step up and hire more drivers, or cancel your delivery all together. Because there’s dozens of other pizza places in this area(Osu campus) that deliver within an hour no problem.

Man, I regret this pizza! Ordering by phone was easy, pickup was easy, but ugh. The pizza. I ordered bacon cheese stuffed crust. It was mostly gooey tasteless white cheese with no bacon flavoring. Why not stick whole strips of bacon in there guys? Let us know that it is actually there! The bottom of the pizza was so thin(see picture) I don’t see how it didn’t crumble at my touch. I think I gained 2 pounds from this pizza and it was meh. Should have just got hound dogs!

Ordered three times for delivery. I live less than three miles from the location, yet it is always 45 min — 1 hour wait for simple orders(no more than two items). The first couple of times they were great and got the order right and delivered on time(granted they probably gave themselves 15 mins more than was necessary). This last time was awful, they said 45 minutes for the first delivery and it showed up 10 minutes late and they got my pizza wrong. I called and they offered me either a credit or a new pizza. I requested the new pizza and they told me it would be another 40 minutes, so you know they put my order at the back of the line, which I was pissed about. Then they show up twenty minutes late with an overcooked pizza. A nit-picky thing, this location does not offer a full menu, as they don’t have pzones(which are my favorites, of course). I did contact their online customer service to make a complaint and they promised to send me a coupon for a free pizza. That is the only reason they’re getting 2 stars instead of 1, as the corporate response was prompt and appropriate.

I called in an order for pickup & I arrived at the time they said my order would be ready. My order wasn’t ready yet, but they told me it would only be 5 more minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Another gentleman’s order was neglected as he asked for the status of his order & the cashier admitted that it was just sitting in the back all along. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t. The food was good, but the service was mediocre at best. Next time, I’ll try my luck w/the Domino’s across the street.

I had a terrible experience ordering online. Ordering was easy and I was greeted immediately. Pasta, bread sticks, and a Hershey cookie were $ 11.99. I was told my order was ready and they were just waiting on bread sticks. 10 minutes went by and finally someone in the kitchen noticed the smell of my bread sticks burning. 5 more minutes went by and I was finally asked by a manager if I was helped yet. I pointed to the cook holding up a burnt tray of food. The girl working the counter eventually came out, handed me my order, and apologized. The food was good, but the lack of attentiveness was pretty bad. I definitely won’t go back to this location.

This is the worst Pizza Hut. I like the food, but the people are so rude, and the service is impossibly slow. I keep giving them more chances, and they keep disappointing. If this is what pizza hut stands for, I hope they go the way of blockbuster and Walgreens.

Very small place on High Street(next to the Jiffy Lube). Very friendly staff, always a good deal. We got here right on time for our pickup and everything was ready; wings had 30secs left. They ended up making a mistake(giving us boneless instead of bone-in) but instead of a huge mess we got free wings! Always a huge plus when a business offers free food instead of waiting for you to find their mistake when you get home!
