I ordered a delivery from this place and waited for two hours and my food never came but they still charged me for it. I called four times and every time they told me the food was on the way and it still never came.

This place use to be great. We use to order from them all the time. The food still isn’t bad but the service is. The service isn’t just bad it’s awful. It’s getting to the point that they practically make it a point to screw up our order, every time we order… I’d like to say I’m exaggerating but I’m not. If we get an order that isn’t messed up we are shocked. Which is sad. If it were up to me I would never order from them again. But my father keeps giving them chance after chance I think he finally had enough tonight. He ordered a New York style pizza and got a stuffed pizza. The funny thing is that before he ordered I asked him«pharaohs? Are you sure? Do you trust pharaohs?» He said«no» and ordered anyway. Not to mention that the delivery driver went to the wrong house. I don’t know if it’s new owners or what but this place is absolute crap now. Once I’ve had a place mess up more then like 3 orders I’ve had it, they have messed up about 7 now for us and I’m just tired of it. They need to get their crap together before I personally ever order from them again.

This has been our go to pizza since we moved to Ohio. But Pharohs has dramatically changed their crust and not for the better. It used to be crisp with a sauce that almost tasted homemade. Now the entire pizza tastes like a frozen pie. Sorry Pharohs we won’t be back

I don’t recall seeing disappointment on the menu, but apparently I ordered it. Order: Large beef pepperoni pizza Pros: I can’t eat pork and they have all non pork toppings/ingredients. Food was hot when I got it. Cons: Super greasy pizza! The slices were incredibly thin. It’s labeled as a 14in pizza but I don’t believe it was, I finished the whole thing whereas a week prior I attempted a 12inch pizza at Hounddogs and couldn’t even continue after half. Crust was too plain. There was no butter, no garlic, it wasn’t soft and puffy, or deliciously crunchy. It was meh. By far a very subpar pizza place.

Love this place. Stromboli is fantastic, so are the mega fries. Pizza is decent if you’re not a pizza snob. Sam is the coolest. Every delivery guy I have ever had was quick, my order is always right and they are always in the best mood. Love those guys. The cheesy bread is incredible.

The worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. The service and pricing was decent, but the pizza was absolutely disgusting! It tasted like half-baked cardboard with bland cheese on top. The overwhelming taste was the sloppy grease! Before Pharoah’s I always thought bad pizza was still pretty good, because it was still pizza. I was so wrong. I will definitely never, ever order food from here again.

Promised Pizza to my son and saw a flier for Pharaoh’s at my friend’s house, so decided we would all drive over and eat in. We certainly got a lot of food for a fair price. Bread sticks yummy, salad really fresh and good. Pizza was awesome. Staff was friendly, service great & food took no time at all. Nice to meet the Pizza dough creator while we were there. He does a great job, with fresh dough & it tastes much better than other pizza doughs! My son was still eating the loaded fries for two more meals! Lotta food. Will return to try other items. :-) Thanks!

Meh at best. Loaded french fries were crap. Deep dish pizza was definitely a let down. Fried okra was good but I accidentally dropped them all on the floor so that was a bummer. Delivery dude was really nice though. That’s why they got an extra star. Probs won’t be coming back. PS why is there a selfie of some random dude as their picture? Awk.

The French would be embarrassed to have these fries. I’ll admit the pizza wasn’t that bad but the loaded fries. Garbage. Fried okra was good. Too bad they got dropped on the floor shortly after we began to eat them… we still ate them.

Avoid this place. COMPLETERIPOFF. Not worth your money at all. I ordered a Large Stromboli from there a couple days ago. You get one(1) layer of pepperoni, mediocre cheese, and it’s so thin you might as well just order bread sticks. Absolutely pitiful for the price of $ 14!!! It’s not even a traditional Stromboli! Default is typically Ham, Sausage, Pepperoni and Cheese. It should also include an actual layer of meat. The price should warrant at least 2.5 lbs of meat. Oh and extra toppings cost $ 1EACH?! Back in Pennsylvania, a Large Stromboli is PACKED with toppings and if it costs $ 14 it is going to be a ton of food. A ton!

Update: About 6 months later and I still have not gotten any money back from Pharoah’s. I have not been contacted by them in any way… no apology. I also haven’t ordered from them again, and I’ve found much better pizza around.

Was staying at the Sheraton. Wanted some after hours bar food. Got four menus from the hotel. All were the exact same food with different restaurant names, but oddly all had the same address or phone number. WTF is that about? That should have stopped me, but I ordered. Ordered late night, and it took an hour after the usual 30 min promise. Wished I hadn’t. The order was correct at least. Average gyros, and the tzatziki sauce was white water, so of course the pita was waterlogged. Fries were soggy goo. Ate one single fry and tossed the rest. It’s usually hard to insult slightly drunk people with bad food, but they managed. The order was late, and the prices on the menu were somehow not accurate. Got to the door and charged me $ 6 more than menu pricing. With tip, cost me $ 30 for four sandwiches, four fries, and four canned sodas. Should have never ordered.

Was too lazy to drive or walk anywhere, so ordered from Pharaohs off grub hub. Great prices, food was what you expect for greasy, fried food. Delivery took about an hour, they forgot my drink which sucked but otherwise what I expected. Probably my go to for late night eats who deliver downtown.

Ordered some delivery at our hotel on Friday for dinner with my daughter and we were still eating on it the next two nights and never did finish it all. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, fettuccine alfredo, bbq chicken wings and fried mushrooms. The alfredo came with bread too. Wow, it was a lot of food and those wings were amazing! It was all good. I’m glad we ordered a lot because it saved us from having to buy dinner the rest of the weekend. The delivery did take over an hour, but they warned us beforehand and again… Rock on the Range was going on so we did expect that.

I wanted some delivery to my hotel, and decided to give the pharoah a chance. ordered the pharaoh’s gyro and it was delicious. unfortunately everything else i ordered sucked. the mega fries were undercooked and the bacon they were supposed to be topped with was really sliced deli ham. wtf! the side of corn seemed interesting, but it arrived cold and was mostly just corn water anyway. also, they refused to deliver to my hotel room citing security reasons. luckily they changed their tune when I refused to pay then if they didn’t.

I’ve ordered several times from here and got a range of different items. I thought the pizza with just okay but nothing special especially with so many pizza options in the area. The subs, strombolis and pepperoni rolls have always been tasty though. We did venture into a few of the pasta dishes and it was literally the grossest thing I’ve ever eaten from a delivery service; we didn’t even come close to finishing them(chicken alfredo and pasta with meatballs). The delivery times have always been fairly quick and the delivery guys are always nice. I’ll still order from them, especially since they’re so close to me, but I’m a lot more selective of what times I choose.

Get the garden salad. I know it sounds pretty counterintuitive, getting a salad from a place with«pizza palace» in the name. But first off, at less than $ 5 for a large garden salad, it’s probably the only reasonably-priced restaurant salad I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Second, said garden salad comes with a veritable swath of peppers, olives, red onions, mushrooms, and cucumber, in addition to the standard lettuce and tomato. And there’s plenty of meat and cheese loaded varieties as well for those of us American enough to hate what a salad represents. There are dedicated salad joints in town that are absolutely blown out of the water by this offer. I never get the salad anywhere because a large garden salad with a meager 3 ingredients runs you no less than $ 8, and the freshness will likely be dubious. Absolutely not the case here. Everything is crisp. I find a good salad to be the perfect complement to a pizza, as its veggie crunchiness brings the entire food pyramid to the table and balances out all that soft cheese and bread. Fills you up enough to keep you from reaching for another slice, too. And that’s saying a lot considering this place makes a pretty damn good pizza as well.

Here are the top things you should know about Pharaoh’s Pizza Palace: 1.) This place is far from a palace. The ordering area is small and dingy. On the bright side you can catch the local news on an old TV if you come in around dinner time. 2.) The Pharaoh? Haven’t met the guy. Not sure if he actually exists. Everyone I’ve met at the counter seems to be courteous though. 3.) The pizza has been described by some as New York Style. Not sure if I’d go that far but it’s definitely a thinner crust pizza and they put plenty of cheese on. 4.) I typically take advantage of their $ 5.99 large cheese pizza special Monday — Friday. If you want a great cheese pizza check it out. Not sure if I would pay $ 10. 5.) I’ve also had their wings which are decent. Nothing too special but sometimes they are on special. 6.) The product isn’t always consistent. There have been times when my pizza has a had a lot of cheese and times when it has only had an average amount. Can’t say I’ve ever been cheated out of cheese though. Got your six, Neal

Pharoah’s is awesome! I ordered a chicken caesar salad and the white pizza. both were fantastic. the salad was a decent size for the price and the pizza was overall very good. I only wish I had ordered a side of marinara to go with it.
