Papa John’s Pizza

Worst Pizza everrrrrrrrrrrrr! Had a delivery and had to call back within 5 minutes because the pizza looked/​tasted like a 5 year old made it. We ordered the original crust but the pizza we received made donatos thin crust look thick. Something was just «off» on the taste as well… couldn’t tell if it was the pepperoni or cheese or what but called mack and asked that they remake the pizza. Was told it would be 45 min so I said I would just come and pick it up. I took the new pizza home after inspecting it at the store. It loomed like a normal papa johns pizza this time so I just chalked the last one up to being a fluke… unfortunately when I got home I took a bite and it tasted like the previous pizza… total disappointment. …I wasn’t even mad at this point just dissapoonted. I wouldn’t even have fed this pizza to my two dogs. Sorry Papa J but I will not be ordering from this location or probably establishment t ever again.

I had a coupon for a free specialty pizza or a pizza up to 5 toppings. They charged me $ 1. There were no restrictions on the coupon. I was told that the charge was because I selected a special cheese blend for a topping, even though specialty pizza’s come with that cheese and cheese is listed under toppings. I don’t care about the $ 1, it is the principle. I was called by someone from the place but when I called back my call was never returned.
For what it is worth, their sausage is terrible and tastes like breakfast sausage and dominates the pizza.

My friend and I ordered a pizza for lunch and we requested it to be «Well Done.» When the pizza arrived at the office we opened it up to find that it was raw; as in not cooked through.
Why would you send out a pizza that’s not edible?
Don’t let the delivery guy leave until you’ve inspected your pizza.

My grandson ordered from here once. Didn’t care for it. Gave me the poops

My wife and I placed an order for 3 large pizzas along with 2 orders of breadsticks. Our total was $ 43 and some change. When I went to pick up and pay for our food, I handed a woman at the cash register a $ 50 bill. In return I was given $ 1 and change. Now, I’m not a mathematician, but I’m pretty sure there should have been a $ 5 bill with that. After waiting on the woman to come out from the back of the store, I brought this to her attention. She fumbled around a bit before opening the cash register and handing me a $ 1 bill (say what!!!) and immediately going into the back. We had ordered the pizzas for pickup at 4:45 as we had friends coming over at 5:00. At this point, I wasn’t going to fight over $ 4, but seriously?!! Not only was I initially shorted $ 5, but then knowingly handed a $ 1 bill when I brought it to the attention of the cashier, who immediately took off into the back. I can’t get over how shady that is! My wife and left a complaint with their corporate regarding their unethical business practices and didn’t receive a call back. The pizza was okay for cheap pizza but we will never be returning. If you go, make sure to check your change before the cashier runs and hides in the back.

I have had a whole lot of pizza in my day but seriously last night papa johns was the slam! The pizza was BY FAR the best I have ever had!!! No Joke… It was perfect. If I could give it 10 stars I would and wouldnt think twice.
Its also a plus that they said the wait was like 35 minutes and it was there in less than 20, and it was HOT.
