I was just in this store and brought a box in that I needed filled with peanuts. After waiting 15 minutes the woman behind the counter told me to go fill up my box and that it would be $ 6 I filled up my box and then was told«$ 10.68» I said. «You told me $ 6» In which she replied I don’t need your stupid $ 6. It’s 10.68 if you don’t like it then get out. I handed her $ 11 and asked if that was how she treated her customers… And was told to shut up and get the«F» out while she grabbed my box and threatened to call the police. I told her that the box was my property and she grabbed and ripped it and took it to the back to call the police. An off duty officer was standing in line any told me to go outside and call the CPD. I walked outside and then minutes later my box was thrown at me. Avoid this store as well as the new location at all costs.

This is a great location to ship items from even those odd items that you do not have a box for. They have boxes and packaging material and can even make a custom box if needed. The staff is very knowledgable and I am always able to get in and out fast.

While I have spoken in not kind ways of the great west known as Hilliard, there are things there that redeem the small little suburb of Greater Columbus. The grocery stores there aren’t so bad… and there’s a sleep shop that I really enjoyed getting an education on how I sleep at. And one of the greater little places I found while hanging out in Hilliard was the Pakmail branch they have out there. Nestled next to a hobby shop and a video game store, Pakmail is the one stop shop for all of your shipping needs. I’ve had to frequent Pakmail on several different occasions, in order to figure out what I need to send some of my favorite gifts and mementos home to California. And every time I walk in, they always seem to have something that I need to help me further that cause. If I’m not sure of what item I am in need of, then their people are more than happy to help me figure out what I’m in need of, and can direct me to the products that make sure everything gets home in one piece. And when its time to actually send everything home, they ship with all three major companies: U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx, which ultimately saves me money. While I am not the biggest fan of Hilliard, the friendly service and kind ways of the people I’ve met at Pakmail almost redeem the entire city, and all the odd things that make me not so much of a fan. If you live on the city’s west side, and need a place to ship goods, I gingerly recommend you see the friendly folks at Pakmail.
