last review a year or so ago. opinion has changed. My husband ordered a filet, mid-rare. what he got was a steak(I think) that was not a quarter inch thick and was so over cooked it looked like a hockey puck! we rarely send food back but he couldn’t eat that if he tried and for 20 sum bucks come on! the server tried to convince us that it was a filet and that it was cooked properly. Nothing more irritating. Where was the manager you ask? I will assume out in the car smoking which is where our server was after we paid $ 100 tab! never again.

4 years later, and I decided to give the place another shot, and they met my expectations. The service was excellent, even for a large office party, and the food was very good. They have some excellent values on the menu, but also some overpriced calorie rich steaks that no human should ever consume alone.

We stopped for lunch on a Tuesday and we were seated right away. I ordered the combo lunch of quesadilla and tortilla soup. I must agree with one of the other reviews that this was the worst tortilla soup I have had. The texture was thick and grainy as if they had added cornstarch and not stirred it. It was lukewarm and tasted like they had used an entire garlic bud(not just a clove the whole thing) I couldn’t eat it and sent it back. I got a salad in it place that was drenched in dressing. The quesadilla had one piece of chicken per wedge, cheese and more garlic on the mushrooms. The service was fair but we never did get refills on our drinks. My husband had a hamburger and fries that were prepared well and tasted fine. Very disappointing lunch. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

The wait was over 100 mins until we were served our food and the steaks were still mooing. Way too rare! We had several servers and the restaurant was empty but they gave us a free dessert and a gift card for our weird wait. Food was so so. I would go to a nicer steak house next time. Kinda spoiled the occasion but we tried to make the best of it.

Worst experience ever, the server was rude, the food was wrong. And when finally corrected it, it was awful. None of us were able to eat as a family. Avoid it like your life depended on it, the dusty lamp made it especially memorable as well. I was worried a dust bunny was actually going to dine with me!

We visited this location on a Saturday at lunchtime. We were seated promptly. I had the chicken tortilla soup and chicken quesadilla. The soup was in the top two worst I have every had. The texture was disgusting. The quesadilla was unremarkable. My husband had the steak tacos which he said were«ok». We had to flag our server down to order a second beer as she never checked back to see if we needed anything. Judging from the look we got at the bottom of another servers shoes when she was cleaning off a booth the kitchen floor must be pretty disgusting. Will not be back.

Waited thirty minutes to be seated. Seemed to be no heat in the building at all. Once seated and had waited to order. We said we wanted steak. The waitress told us only serving it well tonight due to the cook overlooking it. The price for one plate why is my food being cooked in morning then heated up once ordered. Especially when average wait time once ordered is thirty minutes on your food. Does not add up or make sense. Will never go back again to this restaurant

Very disappointed in my meal. I try to stay away from pricey steak houses because I don’t think you need to spend $ 50 on a steak to get a good meal. I may need to rethink my theory. I ordered the 12oz outback sirloin and had to take a break from eating it because my jaw was so tired from chewing. I ordered a medium and it came as rare/medium rare. I did the curb side pickup and will probably be taking a long break from outback. I will say that on a positive note, the broccoli with cheese was delicious.

We have three kids who are picky eaters. This Outback is one of the few restaurants where we get no complaints and they eat everything on their plate.

Absolutely the coldest restaurant I’ve ever been in! No heat & made you want to get out as fast as you could. The bathroom was even COLDER! You could actually see your breath! NO hot water either! Miserable! I ordered a filet medium well & it looked horrible, was tough & thoroughly cooked. They made another one that was acceptable. IF I go back, it won’t be until a hot summer day! Sad experience on Valentine’s Day!

Every single time I’ve gone to this location, my server has always been very dry, not quite rude. but you can tell that they’re disinterested in you until you rack up a bill, then they’re ears perk up and tails start wagging. Not once have I had my steak come out medium on the first try. I get that mistakes happen and that every restaurant has its bad servers. but I thought it was worth noting how consistently mediocre this place is. Deluxe sides of Mac and Cheese and Loaded Mashed Potatos are usually the highlight of my visit.

If you like a cramped environment, dirty plates, small portions and luke-warm food, then this is the place for you. Honestly, I can’t imagine any reason to step foot in here ever again. My «6 oz.» sirloin was the size of half a brat. My «all-you-can-eat» shrimp included around 8 pieces smaller than a half dollar and a second order that arrived after everyone else in my party had finished their meals. Caesar salad of chopped romaine(none of the leafy green parts) with off the shelf dressing and 2 croutons. Had to ask for water 4 times. My advice, back out of Outback.

Steaks here used to be done to perfection and were always worth visit for but not any more! I ordered the 6 oz sirloin done med well. What I got was a flat and rounded piece of meat that was cooked till it was dry and wellll done and tough as can be and looked like a piece of hamburger. I have never sent a piece of meat back here but I did this time! What came out next was a piece of meat that at least looked like a steak and was done medium well but it was again tough and sinuey. The lobster tail was really good but the shrimp were small and thin. Oh and the wait to get a server to the table and to get our meals was way too long. I wish them luck but if I want a good steak from now on I will go to the grocery and cook it on the grill myself. Sorry but it’s not the same old Outback it once was!

Sometimes you end up places you wouldn’t normally go; I’ve learned to roll with it. Such was the case when we ended up here for a happy hour meet-up. We both had wine, I had the house chardonnay, my friend, the merlot I think. Mine was not bad for a house brand and it was a buck off for HH. We got two apps to share also. A chicken quesadilla and seared ahi tuna. The plates came out and it was enough for two meals. We were puzzled as to why a quesadilla was served with honey mustard vs. Pico de gallo, but I guess it is less expensive in labor and ingredient cost to pour something out of a bottle vs make fresh. I assume their business model supports that decision. The ahi tuna wasn’t bad either, albeit a little rubbery in texture. All in all, considering I had 2 glasses of wine, my friend had 3, two apps and some bread was about $ 45. Crazy inexpensive. We ate at the bar. The adorable bartender was attentive and clever and we had a good time. Don’t know if I’ll be back but I wouldn’t slam the place.

It’s Outback Steakhouse! We had a chance to meet some out of town friends here who love Outback so I said why the heck not. Chain or no, Outback delivered on this visit. The obligatory Bloomin’ Onion came out hot and fresh and was devoured mostly by me. I also had a bloomin’ burger which was cooked just fine and had a good amount of toppings on it. There were ample amounts of fresh tasting fries. My kid and my partner both had sirloin steak and both remarked that it tasted good and was cooked properly and so were the sides. I have to mention that the service was top notch. The waiter was friendly, attentive, and gave us the attention we needed. Drinks were always topped off and we were checked in on multiple times.

More holiday gift cards to eat! I was craving some red meat(usually don’t eat beef) so I went with a small sirloin with coconut shrimp. On a side note: coconut shrimp are the best things ever! I ate my usual loaf of warm, sweet bread and had a dinner salad. All was delicious and cooked as it should. Our waitress was great and was jiffy on the spot with drink refills! She even gave us large drink cups to-go. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable meal!

Its Sweetest day weekend here in Ohio so I took my boyfriend out to dinner last night to Outback Steakhouse. We had a 20 min wait but we occupied our time just hanging out in the cool waiting area. Our waitress was very nice and very attentive. Our food was so good!!! We started out with their wheat bread that looked like chocolate bread but tasted so good with butter. Then came our appetizer: the onion bloom! i almost got full eating that lol. I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich and he ordered the double cheeseburger. Both orders came with Aussie fries(so freaking good!). We really enjoyed our time there and cant wait to go back again!

I’m not a fan of chain restaurants, but we went here spur-of-the-moment last night(Monday) and it was the best meal I’ve ever had at Outback. We had the cheese fries and I had the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes. The chicken was juicy and the flavors from the sauce, tomatoes, and the chicken went so well together! The cheese fries weren’t anything spectacular. The service was great and cordial. I really enjoyed what I ordered and would definitely order it again!

My boyfriend LOVES steak, so what better place to take him for a special dinner than Outback? There are lots of great steak restaurants in the area, but I can’t say with certainty that they won’t break the bank. We both had a very nice dinner here for less than $ 50, and we had a very nice time! I got the 6 oz steak with crab topping and a baked potato. My boyfriend got the ribeye with a sweet potato and broccoli. My steak was good, and so was my boyfriend’s. They were both cooked exactly how we requested. The crab was a little bit of filler(ie, tasted a little more like a crabcake than crab). The sides were also good. He raved about his broccoli, which was impressive. Our food came out quickly. Our waitress was really friendly. We didn’t get drinks, but I noticed they’re not outrageously priced like many establishments of this nature’s drinks are. We would definitely come back!
