Massage Bar

Our flight was delayed several times and we ended up at the airport for 7 hours longer than originally expected. I was already exhausted so I got a 30 minute massage and it was wonderful. I believe the girls name was Brittany, and she gives a killer chair massage. Good pricing too!

After spending hours (even days) on your feet or getting kinks in your back cooped up on an airplane what is better than a good ‘ol massage? No really, if you can think of something send me a message and tell me because I’d like to check it out. And not that stuff politicians do in airport bathrooms, that doesn’t count.
Massage Bar was on its way to closing down when I came through for a quick 10 minute foot massage. They gave me a hot neck wrap and I got to lean back in a most comfortable chair. Unfortunately, and I assume because it was the end of the day, my massage was rather light. I typically like more strong and intense massages. My feet are sensitive so lighter is better but this just didn’t cut it. Yeah, it got me off my feet and into a relaxed chair with some warmth around my neck but that was about it. No worries though, I haven’t written it off based on that.
I’m thinking massage places would do really well to start setting up more branches in airports like this to catch weary travelers on a long layover.

OMG… woke up on a business trip wondering how I would get home with my bad neck ache. Well… got to the airport and saw the Massage Bar and thought that might help. Jenn was wonderful!!! She got out most of my stiffness and alleviated my pain. I made home over 2 flights and 8 hours in good shape. I had a ½ hour… but they also offer quick 15 massages. Ask for Jenn… great healing hands.

The growth of massage kiosks is one of the greatest inventions of the 21^st century for air travel. Especially after 9 – 11, where TSA spins you around, you need a massage to work off the stress of the day. Massage Bar at Concourse B is excellent.
