Came to Columbus for the holidays and decided to stop by LA Nails to get a pedicure for New Years Eve. Bad mistake! I have been sitting in the pedicure chair with my feet on cold/​lukewarm water for over an hour!!! Each time I try to ask someone when I will be next they brush me off and say «You’re next!» I don’t have time to go anywhere else because I have plans in a few hours. I am near tears! Please don’t ever go to LA Nails in Northern Lights!
