If customer service… or even standard human to human interaction is at all important to you, run far away from this place! I decided to give this place a try and I booked an appointment over the phone. I kid you not, as I pull in for my appointment, I get a call from my stylist saying he has to leave and can’t cut my hair. Get this… it was 1 minute past my appointment time. There was zero tolerance even though it was my first ever appointment with them. The guy was so nonchalant about having to cancel I just hung up on him. I callback 5 minutes later and ask to speak with a manager and they said there was no manager in for the rest of the day. I leave my number with the lady and 2 minutes later I get a call from another guy that said he was the manager. Immediately he started defending his employee without me even stating why I was calling… all the while trying to shift the blame and refusing to take any accountability whatsoever. This guy really ticked me off when he started raising his voice at me… the customer. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this place and I would strongly advise you to do the same.
