Where do I begin with this place?
I will start with the front desk staff. Each and every one of those ladies are absolutely amazing! They greet you as soon as you come and offer you something to drink. My 8^th visit was very delightful because I walked in and stood in line for a bit. A front desk staff member was ready to go home, yet stopped and checked me in. These ladies are wonderful and very respectful!
Now to my nurse practitioners who complete each appointment. If anyone makes you more comfortable and at ease, it’s these superheroes! Nurse Allison is so nice… she made me forget I have the worst threshold of pain! Our appointments are spaced out and the last time I went, Nurse Allison sent me home because I was in the sun all day! I saw her after maybe 6 months and she remembered our conversation about school and moving! She didn’t mind the constant breaks I needed to take and switched out my ice pack every so often. She is truly amazing!
Now I want to say about Ideal Image as a whole! From my initial consultation to my eight treatment, I have gained a world of confidence! Due to PCOS, I had some facial hair that hindered me from being my truly, bubbly self! Now I can freely go out without staring at a mirror contemplated waxing or threading. I love the new me and hope to get more done at ideal image!

Love the front desk girls there. Nurse practitioner is not the nicest. Very hard to get an appointment. Have not had my treatment yet.

My first 2 treatments were the only good experiences I’ve had at this Ideal Image. Completely downhill after that.
I’m getting full legs, stomach and face done. I go to school full time, and my work schedule varies, so scheduling is tricky. When I set up my appointment I get everything done at once. Or so I thought.
On my 3^rd appointment, half way through my session I was informed that whoever set up my appointment didn’t set enough time, so the only thing I was getting done was my bottom legs. Luckily whoever was doing my treatment that day squeezed in some other areas, but not my upper legs. Weeks later was the only time I could get back in get my upper legs done. I thought, maybe it was a good thing because there was a whole strip of my bottom leg that got completely missed on the 3^rd session, and a few other spots on other areas got missed.
Today was my make-​up appointment to get my upper legs done, I asked if the areas that got missed last session could get zapped while I was in. I was told no, but I can make ANOTHER appointment to get those areas fixed. I’m paying THOUSANDS of dollars to have these treatments done, and you can’t spend an extra 10 minutes to fix your mistake? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
Hopefully I’ll have better experiences at later sessions, and I can retract my review, but as of right now, I am very disappointed in this Ideal Image.

Very disappointed. I spent $ 3,600 for bikini plus. And I’m at my last two treatments. And I have every single hair left. They keep advising me to get a touch up for $ 90 and I’m starting to feel like they are scamming me. Plus my appointments keep being cancelled, I am not cancelling them. They seems to have a bad way of dealing with business. Also I never see the same nurse when I’m there.
I’m so upset and heart broken by this. I still have tons of hair and I spent so much Money!!!
I feel so stupid.

Great place

I am writing this review at the beginning of my treatment cycle, there may be updates as my experience with them continues.
I suffer from a medical condition that causes hair growth on my neck, chin and face. I have attempted laser hair removal in the past, and it was a painful experience that required three weeks of recovery before my skin looked normal again, and it was ultimately ineffectual. I decided to give it another try, as technology has advanced since then.
I was very impressed with the Ideal Image staff. They were a little appalled at how my previous treatments had been conducted — apparently they were administered much too close together, and I should not have experienced the painful burns and inflammation that I did. I had my first treatment immediately. It was less painful than my prior experience, and I experienced nothing but some mild redness for a few hours.
I was told they’d give me some facial products to try. Okay, I thought, some samples. Oh no. I got about ten full sized containers of extremely high-​end, expensive facial care products. Of course, I’m aware that the hope is that I’ll get hooked on them and purchase them from Ideal Image, but even so, it was a very generous bag of goodies. And it might be working, because at least two of the products have been very effective.
Make no mistake — treatments aren’t cheap. But a monthly no-​interest payment can be arranged, and I benefited from a summer special.
It’s two weeks and a bit since my first treatment and I’ve seen about a 75% reduction in hair. I’m thrilled with my results so far, and with another 8 treatments to go, I’m feeling very positive about this procedure.

A wonderful experience. Very professional and courteous staff, so pleased to learn hair is gone after first session! Thought you had to go through the whole treatment series before you see results, not so. Plus a nice goodie bag, so excited to start!
