I absolutely HATE to give 1 star reviews. But I also hate to be lied to. Here’s what happened.
My husband and I needed a new car. His car was a piece of crap and needed to be replaced ASAP. Through some friends my husband had worked with they gave him the name and number of a sales lady that works here. We gave her a ring and talked with her a little bit about the types of cars they had available. My husband was SET on buying a Magnum. We specifically ask her if they had some available on their lot. She said there were at least 3 – 5 available we were more than welcome to come test drive them. So we head out. ALL THE WAY TO THE WEST SIDE (we live no where near the west side by the way).
30 minutes later we arrive and guess what. NO MAGNUMS. There are no words to describe how INFURIATED I was. Why would you lie to someone like that? You lying to me will get you no where and I MOST CERTAINLY WILL NOT line your pockets with commission money.
We test drove a couple other cars that were not Magnums. Then I looked at my husband and said why are we even here. They lied to us, they don’t have what we want. Let’s just go. So we did. And we did buy a Magnum from a dealership right around the corner from our house. We will probably never ever be back.

I shopped around for a car and this is the first place that I was treated with respect. Instead of just talking to me like I was a dumb girl, Hatfield actually listened to what I was looking for in a car. Glenn is the best, most honest salesperson I have ever met. Nick in the service dept is always friendly and incredibly helpful. No wonder more women in the mid-​30s who actually have a master’s degree buy a VW. It just works!
