The best overall apartment complex in Columbus. I currently stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and I love it. Over 1400 sq ft with a sunroom. Pest control comes through and actually works… not just spray and the next day you see insects. Throughout the summertime I have hardly seen any bugs here. The complex is gated and secured and those only open with key cards that they give to you or barcodes that the gate scans. Doesn’t really matter though because the exit is far enough from Columbus but just a quick turn and you are on the highway to Columbus or Fort Benning. Also they have police that stay on grounds just in case anything happens in which I have never had any problems staying here but just in case it does… its covered. The features are nice here too. Multiple pools, tennis and Basketball court, decent sized gym, car wash, dog park, business room and whoever takes care of the grounds must get paid alot because there is never ever any trash on the street or the flowers and grass looking anything short of amazing. The maintainence is always here and always working. They fix problems in a flash and with e-mail confirmation to make sure everything went right Ever. Also they have a resident rewards card program that offers discounts on many restaurants, services and stores in Columbus. You can even reserve the clubhouse for events. They even have a resident garden on the grounds where you can plant your own vegetables/fruits. Another great part is the staff. Seems like its getting rarer to find people to do just do their job but these people do. Come in with a complaint… they actually listen, fix it and follow up with you. On top of that they throw events and giveaways for the residents and kids. Throw in that these are the best priced apartments for what you get and you can see why these are the best apartments in Columbus.

This place treated us so badly I don’t know where to begin. First off, we were offered a house on post and went to the front office to make the move out arrangements. They told us everything was in order, our lease was ending and we could move out fine upon the move out inspection. The day our lease ended they came to do the move out inspection they told us we did not give a 30 day written notice so we’d have to pay for an extra month of the apartment. Apparently the man we talked to had already been let go so we had no way to prove the conversation. This was very upsetting, considering we had been to the office to get everything in order and nobody mentioned this, so we spoke with Valerie. She told us «When you signed our lease you signed your life away.» This is not what we wanted to hear from such a nice apartment complex! Unfortunately our neighbors and other friends that live there also have no idea about this policy. On top of this, we obviously couldn’t pay for another month since we had already moved into a new home, so they tacked on late charges. After we signed off on the move out inspection, one month later we get a letter for all these damages that were obviously not there during the inspection that we had already signed off on! I would highly suggest for any military family to stay away from Greystone Properties and we are very disappointed with the way they handle their business.
