Florida Sun Tanning

I started tanning here while I was living in the area for a month. I’ve tanned in numerous places for years and wasn’t sure what to expect around Reynoldsburg. On my first trip, the gentleman was helpful and more informative than most places I’ve been to. I bought a package and was really impressed by the bulbs they have in the beds. I bronzed but never burned (which isn’t all that common for me). On my final tan before I moved, upon telling the employee that I wasn’t purchasing another package because I was moving away, she upgraded me to the best bed just because. Needless to say that bed was great as well. I was spoiled by my lucky find of this place — I haven’t found beds that I like since! I highly recommend this salon!

First off, why am I tanning? Well, honestly I have eczema so I’m tanning to cover that up.
Secondly, I can’t rate this against any other location, because I’ve never been to another place before. Feeling like a n00b, I sheepishly walked in. The first trip was good, the guy clearly explained what I needed, how much it costs, and the «process» of what to do. I left feeling pretty good about that place.
The second time though, not so great. Apparently their A/​C was broken. They had the door propped open, and during my session, an angry hornet decided to join me inside the bed (which is a tight fit for a guy like me), and proceeded to sting me on my hand and on my «seat cushion». They didn’t offer me a free session or anything for this, that kind of ticked me off.
Trip three, A/​C still broken. Asked for a stand up booth and was given one, overall as pleasant of an experience as the first time.
Trip four (last time so far). Asked for the stand up booth again, was told it was an «upgrade» charge of $ 3.50 over the normal beds… ok, paid it for the convenience. A/​C STILL broken, inside of the stand up booth was easily 100+ degrees. Burned out lamp in the stand up booth (that I reported after trip three). Also the girl set the timer for 15 minutes, even though I asked for 10. Luckily there’s a count-​up timer in the booth and I got out after 10.
Like I said, I don’t have any experience with any other places, nor am I sure I ever will. I bought a 10 session package, so I’m not sure if I’ll even use it all. I understand that I could have started in the worst possible week ever with the A/​C being broken and it being 80+ degrees everyday, but still, I expected just a bit more.
