Love this place. It’s always so clean and peaceful when I go. The ladies that work here are very welcoming. Tons of color options, my gel manicures last 2 – 3 weeks and they let me do nail art!

good pedicure however thought the mani was a little rough when filing and buffering, was not careful to avoid the skin and it kind of hurt afterwards, the pedicure was very good though and i would go back for another one here, just no mani

Do yourself a favor and ESCAPE from this nail salon. I gave it a second try today and it was worse than the first. They removed my gels, that were done at another salon, with a straight razor blade [I’m pretty sure that’s not approved by the state Board of Cosmetology] and didn’t get all of it off, leaving ridges on the nails. Then I brought polish from home and she put on a single coat, leaving it to streak and bubble. The whole time the manicurist was pressuring me to get another gel manicure and seemed frustrated that I only wanted a regular one [I normally do my own nails, for now obvious reasons]. I should have complained but she rushed me out to help other customers and I was honestly so upset that if I would have asked for them to be corrected I probably would have gone off. I ended up paying $ 30 for a manicure that I had to go home and redo. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Also it reeks in this place of chemical fumes and they blatantly talk about customers in a foreign language with one another.

I first experienced this salon prior to my wedding day in 2007. Joann and her husband are very personable. They always do a wonderful job!

Great nail salon! Joann remembers everyone… it’s amazing, really! Owned by a husband and wife, I have had pedicures and manicures from both, and really like both of them. In busier times of the year they hire one or two extra people, but they are always there! Joann also does facial waxing, and is very good at sculpting eyebrows. Very reasonably priced — take cash and get an even better price!!! Also, you don’t need one, but they do take appointments, which keeps you from having to wait on a busy Saturday!

I found the place to be very clean and friendly. The lady didn’t make me feel like a dork for getting a pedicure for the first time (I’m in my forties).

I have been getting my nails and feet done here for years. I used to go to a person who was a one-​woman shop and one time I broke a nail and she could not get me in for the repair. She recommended Escape (a walk-​in or by appointment) salon. She said the salon is clean and the environment is very relaxing, and that is where she goes. Well, if one professional is recommending another professional it must be good. It was! It is and it is the only place I go for my nail care needs

Clean salon, great gel manicure, Aaron’s very welcoming, does excellent work, is very particular and gentle with your nails. A little pricy but top quality and relaxing music.

No complaints about this pedi. We got in, the chair massaged, the guy didn’t make fun of my busted feet… what else does a girl need? Maybe a glass of wine, but it was only 11a.

There are 2 very important factors that make this salon so good. First, is the quailty of the service– I love how Joann does my nails. The second important factor is the care Joann and her husband show towards their customers. They do not talk back and forth to each other while neglecting us/​them, but really behave as if they care and are interested.
The final element that will keep me coming back is that they are very reasonably priced and up front about what you are paying for, which has been a pet peeve of mine in the past.
I’m so lucky to have found this place!

Absolutely wonderful salon! Just got a fill and polish. I wasn’t very happy with the way my nails looked before I went in, but now they are perfect! The man that did my manicure actually asked me questions about what I wanted instead of just doing what he wanted to do.
Definitely going to be a regular at this salon.

Nice, clean salon. Empty when I was there (11am on a Wednesday) but I can see it filling up on weekends. My manicure was basic but well-​done, for $ 15. I’ll be back!

Love my manicure. I was shopping at Penzy’s and needed a manicure, so I hopped on over to the strip mall right next door and stumbled upon Escape Nail Salon. I was the only customer in the place which was nice. The girl that did my manicure was very nice and talkative, which I like (vs. someone that is silent).
Typical manicure, cuticles, trim, file, hand massage w/​lotion, scrub, oil on cuticles and color. I love that they only carry nice new bottles of OPI and Essie polishes to choose from, not the raga-​muffin generic, chippy bottle looking 2 years old stuff.
Too bad they’re not closer to me because my nails look great. Even got a compliment at a store this afternoon on them. I would absolutely go again and $ 15 for a manicure is very reasonable.
