I found a chicken bone inside the pizza the service was bad they have attitudes I will never buy again

Love the pizza and subs, easy ordering online and delivery is usually pretty fast. Of course if it’s a very busy night it can be a little slow but no more than any other. The workers are mostly polite except for an occasional bad attitude from an unhappy employee. All and all my favorite delivery spot for my area. I definitely recommend this shop!

I always pick up my pizza and it always tastes great. Today, I didn’t call ahead so I just waited inside and found it to be a bit chilly. Of course, nobody was eating inside at the time so I understand why they had the heat turned down. The Works pizza I ordered was done in 15 min. and I was on my way. Their chicken spinach pizza is also very good.

This is the worst pizza place to order from. Being at work and placing a delivery order. We ordered 2 big don subs and a side salad at 11:15 it is now after 1:00 pm and we have still not got our food… Really! it should not take over 2 hours for two subs to be made and delivered. When we called at 1230 it was just now being put into the oven! Really! Our food should be free. We get 30 min for lunch and I did not even get my food yet. this is HORRIBLE costumer service…

Love the pizza! But I do have to say that the service was about 1 star! The girl that took our order I gave her my cell & name and when I went to check on order which was only about 15 min she couldn’t remember who I was (and we was the only ones eating in) and the KIDS In the back was so loud that it was very annoying. Kind of wanted a quite pizza experience. Need to re train the girl at the register & have the kids in back learn to respect the guest that are eating in house. Don’t know if I will be back to eat here? Maybe I will just to to gahanna place to see if it’s a better visit.
