I can not say enough good things about the awesome people who work at this business! My family and I were on vacation and traveling from Galveston to Austin when we started to have mechanical problems with our truck. We knew it was serious and that it was wheel related. I quickly googled the nearest tire repair shop and Columbus Tire was only 3 miles away. When we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted right away and from that moment on the service continued to surpass any and all expectations I ever had! We ended up having to have a pretty major repair done and had to be at the shop for over 4hrs with a toddler. The employees drove us in thier own personal cars to a restaurant so that we could have lunch and then came and picked us back up when we were done. They even filled our coolers with ice before we continued our travels! They made a really frustrating situation seem like a pleasant part of our vacation. Thank you Columbus Tire!

The dash on the car sent a signal of low tire pressure. It was 6 PM on a Friday traveling between San Antonio and Houston. I pull into the service station to inflate the tire and here the dreaded whizzing sound of air escaping the tire. With 75 miles left to go and two hours of daylight left the spare tire wasn’t going to be my optimum solution. Searched for tire shops using the Unilocal app on my smart phone and turned up a couple of options starting with Columbus Tire Center. I crossed my fingers and called fully expecting to get an automated message but lo and behold I got a human! Brandon informed me that they were in fact closed but stated he could come meet me at the shop (5 min away) and look at my tire. He advised there would be an extra charge to open shop back up and I gladly obliged in light of my options. Brandon met me their promptly, removed the tire, removed the nail in the tire, patched and plugged the tire in 30 min and had me back on road. It was $ 50 will spent and I was truly grateful to get any service let alone prompt and courteous service well past beer-​thirty on a Friday in a small town.
