I can’t believe I am seeing such negative reviews for this Chipotle! I have never had a bad experience here. Anytime they are even 1 minute late preparing my to-go order they offer you a free drink. The staff is wonderful here, and they are always very friendly.

This was the second time that I visited this location, the first time being dreadful I decided to give it a second chance. I would have never thought it was possible to be worse but it was. All of the staff was not only rude and disrespectful, but even the manager was rude to my face and talked bad about me to the staff loud enough that I could hear them. I had ordered a quesarito which is one of the secret items on the menu, it is very quick and easy to make with two tortillas and cheese melted in between them that’s done on the steamer. They argued with me that they were no longer allowed to use two tortillas and could only use one tortilla, so I got a tortilla with burnt and dry cheese on it. Moving down the line I asked them to add Tabasco sauce to the mix at the very end, and then mix it together before wrapping the burrito. The staff argued with me that there was too much there to mix. This threw me for a loop, and then they added a second tortilla after the staff member complained that the burrito wouldn’t roll. Negating the argument earlier. After getting home and finally sitting down to eat I took one bite and not only was the burrito bland and dry, but all I could taste was Tabasco sauce, I honestly feel that because they got pissed off at me because I was asking politely how I wanted my food prepared which is their job and part of what makes Chipotle they purposely sabotaged my burrito. Almost 4 bites in, I was overcome and got violently ill, I have since thrown the burrito in the trash. I will be making a call to the general manager to complain and I also got the name of the manager on staff that was rude and talked bad about me to their staff loud enough for me to hear, and I will be damned if they get away with this. I will not ever be visiting this venue in the future and I would also advise anyone else to avoid this place as well unless you want food made not how you want it by staff that don’t want to talk to you or listen to you or do their job and will purposely try to hurt you. There is no customer service here, they treat customers worse than anywhere I have ever seen before.

I’ve never been that much of a Chipotle fan. The first two times I went there were awful. Until recently, I hadn’t been to one in about two years. Additionally, I’ve generally preferred what Qdoba has to offer. However, we received a bunch of Chipotle coupons recently, so we’ve gone to Chipotle a couple times in the last few weeks. Either they’ve improved the quality of their food, or I somehow stumbled on to the exact right combination of ingredients in a bowl that happens to taste good. Either way, I’m mostly ok with Chipotle now. I imagine that parking in the lot there could be somewhat hectic depending on when you’re there, but there were a fair amount of empty spots when I was there.

I called on my way from work to this chipotle to place an order(my office is a few blocks away) and the reply to: I’d like to place a pick up order, was«we don’t do that any more because there’s an app and online and I’m really busy so…» I walked in less than three minutes later and there was not a single person in line and the dining area was maybe half full. Had they been working with a line out the door or a full dining area– even a simple, ‘unfortunately we can’t offer take out over the phone, but we have a site that you can place an order on, or we would be happy to get something together for you in store!‘ Really, just anything less rude would have been greatly appreciated.

I love Chipotle, but this location is a great disappointment :( My online order is never correct and the staff looks at me like a dear caught in headlights when I try to explain what is wrong. Totally worth the drive to ANY another Chipotle location.

All Chipotle lovers know that no two Chipotle’s are exactly alike. I live closest to this one, but after giving this place a couple of chances I would rather drive to the Kingsdale location. I get a veggie bowl every time I go, and they give you a lot of food per serving, which I think is why it has gotten good reviews. However, my bowl was really watery and the rice didn’t feel like it was cooked all the way. Both times it was lacking in flavor and the texture was half mushy and half uncooked. There was just something a little bit off compared to other Chipotle’s, but they make up for it by giving you a TON of food! My boyfriend loves this location so maybe I just got the wrong things.

Chipotle is my gold standard for fast food. This location is near my work so I visit it often and the food and service is always great.

This used to be my favorite Chipotle, but the parking struggle continues. Just went here for lunch and I usually get double meat because I don’t eat rice or beans in my burrito bowl. Asked for double carnitas and dude put less in the bowl than would be appropriate for a single portion of meat, after he scraped the last bit out of the pan and moved my bowl down the line. My facial expression must have tipped him off because I know it was like WTF. So I told him to just put some steak in there All in all they didn’t charge me for 2 different meats, which is good bc I think I would have been mad. The charge for guac is getting crazy though. Avocados are 77 cents a piece at Kroger right now. And I Def don’t get a whole avocados worth of guac for $ 1.95. I love Chipotle and understand food prices, but geez.

When the chain introduced sofrito to the menu they had little tasting cups close to the register. it seemed they weren’t getting many sample takers so they began taking the samples through the dining room and the ordering line. Food is consistently good and the staff tries to get you your order as soon as possible.

This is a well-managed Chipotle. I love coming to this location. Like others have mentioned, it can get very busy right after the school nearby lets out. However, the line always moves quickly and I don’t notice a drop in quality of service or product. The tables are usually very clean, but sometimes I’ll sit down to a booth with crumbs on it. If it gets too busy inside, sit outside on their patio! I love sitting out there on a nice day and watching everyone walk by, envious of my delicious burrito. The few times I’ve used the bathrooms here they are well stocked and clean. The food is consistent with other Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to. They do a lot of business, and so nothing I’ve had is stale. I’m really big into getting chips when I get a burrito bowl, so stale chips would be a nightmare. Never had stale chips from this location. The parking area next to Chipotle is small, but there’s a huge lot further down that you can use, so there’s plenty of parking. Pretty sure there’s bike parking, too. I love chipotle, but I also hold high standards for them. This specific one meets all of those standards.

Like most of its brethren, this chipotle is fairly straight forward. Good food, decent prices(Except the rip-off that they charge for guac) and fairly fast service at the line. It can easily get packed. This one is next to a school or two, so if you go around 3 it’s full of kids, at least some of which are actual customers, and not just taking up space. But its otherwise a great spot for a good meal. Sure the food can be a bit heavy, but it’s a nice solid investment for your money. I love the fajita bowl with steak, a couple of the salsas, and hold the lettuce. Nothing better in my opinion(unless you want to give me half priced guac, but that’ll never happen). That’s pretty much it. It’s a good spot to enjoy some good food.

This location is starting to go down hill. I live right down the street and frequent this Chipotle almost weekly and have noticed a steady decline in food quality. Something just doesn’t taste right and I cannot seem to pinpoint which food item it is. Also, the guacamole… ya know, their most delicious item… is starting to suck too. New management?

This is a decent spot. Pulling up to the parking lot was a bit crazy and chaotic. Finally parked and made it inside where it was equally crazy. I’m on an elimination diet for 30 days(long story, to find out if I have a food allergy… google it) so chipotle is one of those safe places to eat right now. Still have to be careful because really the salad sans dressing + meat, mild salsa aka pico and guac are approved. No corn, no tortillas, no dairy. So I ordered my salad and had to beg for more barbacoa. There was literally like a bite of meat. So the girl reluctantly added another bite for me. Sad. Then I was chowing down and… wait…WHAT!!! CORN?! No way. No. Way. Someone was mixing their scooper tools behind the counter. No bueno. Not my typical chipotle stop at home in NC but this got the job done anyway. Now my belly is satisfied and I(think) successfully avoided any dietary negatives.

This is the busiest restaurant in Grandview and with good reason! Chipotle offers healthy ORGANIC, delicious food at a reasonable price. People are waking up and realizing that they now have better, healthy food choices in Columbus. May I also mention, that the food purchased and used by this company is responsibly raised. They are part of a new and powerful movement! People are tired of being told what to eat buy food chains. Don’t be fooled by the word«Natural Ingredients» it’s a term that’s way overused and most often not that healthy. Organic ingredients, now that’s a much wiser choice! Thank you Chipotle for raising the bar and standing for healthier eating in the Midwest! Bravo!

One of my favorite Chipotle locations. You would think that all Chipotles are the same– not the case, my friends. I’ll spare you my wasted burrito stories. The point is that this Chipotle branch is consistently great. Very kind staff and tasty meals with well seasoned ingredients. The store is clean too, which is always nice. And Panera’s wi-fi is is accessible from inside of this Chipotle… if you’re into internet theft ;). I would highly recommend this location.

I went here the other night [and if you have ever been to a Chipotle, which if you’ve breathed you probably have] and expected what I always expect; fast, cheap, delicious carnitas burrito as big as my brain… and this is what I got, sort of… It was around 9:15pm, and they close at 10. I understand that service/moral/whatever would be a bit off. The peeps just want to go home by that time, and I get that. However, they were shorting people on beans and rice because they didn’t seem to have enough to make it to the end of the night, and in my book, that just isn’t right. You should be able to anticipate shortage, and cook some more rice or beans if you do. I was a little upset by that. I’ve worked in food service a lot and I know how this stuff works. I ended up deciding to wait about 5 minutes for fresh beans, because I would rather wait than be shorted… and while I waited… The staff… well one girl in particular, was SO nice. She apologized more than once and even gave us free drinks [even though we don’t drink pop so it was sort of a waste.] She really went above and beyond and that made my night. I was glad that one person stepped out to make me feel better. And that’s why I feel like this location in particular deserves four stars. I left with a smile after a hiccup, not to mention a full and super happy tummy. I will continue to come to this location because it’s always good. Just wish they had beers!

Look, you’ve got to get the burrito bowl(with carnitas… the other meat can tend to be dry) and ASKFORTHESALADDRESSING! Chipotle’s salad dressing on a burrito bowl is pretty much the best thing ever. Honestly, I have no idea how people don’t put the salad dressing on the burrito bowl. Only downside is sometimes they put only a tiny bit in the little salad dressing cups, and other times they’re really full. So hopefully you’ll get an employee who gives you a full cup: D

This is a pretty nice shop. It’s located directly across the alley from Panera Bread. I had a barbacoa burrito, light on the rice and beans, heavy on the salsa. It grates me that their guac is $ 1.80 so I skipped it. But everything was good and I’m surprised that folks can eat these for lunch every day. I’d gain a ton of weight!
