Cherryblossom Way Apartments

I chose this apartment complex because it was in my daughters busing district and because it fit my budget at the time.
I like the apartment complex in general. The lone couple of times I had to call maintenance, they were very prompt and the items were resolved without problem. For the price, I think it is a pretty good value, and the garage is a perk.
There are a couple of bad things:
1. The parking is absolutely atrocious. Only one visitor spot for 8 units is ridiculous. Our lone visitor spot is ALWAYS occupied by one of the tenants that has three vehicles. Any time I have friends over, they have to park on the street. Either I have no friends, or I go over to their place.
2. My neighbor smokes like a chimney, and my apartment smells like a dive bar. There is nothing that can stop that smell from permeating through the cracks in the walls. I have tried deodorizers and air purifiers, but nothing works.
In general, my experience is positive with the apartment complex.
