Employees are very rude. service is ridiculously shoddy and they could not get the order correct. Will never returned to that establishment ever again

Worst Burger King employees ever worst service I went there more than once after 12 midnight and the employee says he only has chicken nuggets

Stopped in here for a quick bite between activities.
Exterior: this appears to be a much older location and could definitely use some sprucing up. Parking was plentiful near the main door (as there was only one other customer vehicle in the parking lot).
Interior: the main counter is directly across from the door and all seating is to the right and continues on to the back of the building. There is a short divider to separate the «front» from the «back» dining areas. It looks like this place hasn’t been updated in a long time.
Staff: the one person we saw at the counter and (and apparently also working the drive thru) was polite and professional. She got our order correct.
Food: it’s fast food, so expectations are already pretty low. We both enjoyed our meals (though the fries were super, super salty). Unfortunately, my girlfriend ended up getting sick later on that day (after eating nothing else). This is enough for us to mark this off our list of eating establishments.
Overall, keep driving to the other places in the area.

This BK would really benefit from a building renovation, and their heat could be turned up a bit higher in the winter. Regardless, there are some notable positives for this location that makes it my preferred location to satisfy my whopper cravings. (Which I get maybe once every 2 – 3 months.) First, they have one of those Pininfarina designed custom soda dispenser. I love to try unusual combinations like sprite zero with strawberry flavor or diet coke with orange flavor. With that said, this positive is negated if you just use the drive-​thru. Second, the staff here seem more competent and nicer than other BKs. Third, they don’t get ludicrously busy at lunchtime like the BK off of 5^th Ave in Grandview does. As a parent, I also appreciate that the staff here stocks all the dine-​in tables with BK crowns for kids.

We were feeling like havin’ it our way and stopped by this Burger King.
We pulled up and were greeted with radio silence. My boyfriend started ordering, then stopped when he realized that maybe no one was listening… apparently they did hear us, because then we continued with our order, and they got everything. The screen wasn’t working, so we couldn’t check our order, but it was all correct.
My whopper jr. was good. The patty had some strange marks on it but, hey, I went into this knowing how questionable my decision was (I had a hard day, okay?) It didn’t have onion or pickle, like I requested. The fries were piping hot and delicious!
Not as a reflection on this location in particular but on Burger King in general, portions are SO much smaller than I remember. My number 7 came with what looked like a child-​sized box of fries. Did I order a kids meal accidentally?! My boyfriend’s was the same. When I’m eating crappy, I want to go all out! Now i’m going to need another fast food break to get my fries fix!
The mixture on the soda machine was a little off, leaving my sprite tasting kind of pineapple-​y. Not bad, though, and definitely drinkable!
The checkout guy was really friendly and helpful, though. My boyfriend asked for zesty sauce and he gave us 4, which was generous. We’d definitely come back if we were in the BK mood.

Worst service ever. All I ordered was a coffee and pastry. After waiting several minutes for the pastry, I was notified the coffee was empty and needed to wait for new brew. I just asked for my money back as I was in a rush. I’ve never been to such a slow fast food location before!

I get a lot of comments about reviewing chain places. What gives? These are businesses just like any other. Of course, I prefer local, but sometimes I’m in a hurry, or want something greasy, or maybe I just love fast food breakfast! That’s why I come to this place once in a blue moon. Breakfast, or maybe a veggie burger if I’m craving something a little different for lunch (it’s near my work). Service has always been either friendly or fast, but not really both at once.
