Buckeye Back Ribs

The meat was tough and sort of burned, I had the sneaking suspicion it was being reserved from the day before. The mac n cheese was excellent, the Amish cornbread was dry and tasteless. Definitely NOT a good value.

BBR catered an event at my work today; everything was great! We had the pulled chicken and pork along with Mac n’ cheese and baked beans. Mixing the sweet sauce with the hot is a great combo!

My friend and I came across this rib shack while tailgating on Lane Ave during an OSU game. I passed all the typical street food vendor slinging gyros, pizza, hotdogs etc etc. Then I saw the little wood covered trailer and thought it looked interesting. The owners are both awesome, they let me sample the ribs which were FANTASTIC. I ordered the coney dog which was an all beef hot dog with amazing chili sauce. My friend ordered the mac and cheese and it was literally the BEST mac & cheese I have ever ordered off of a menu. If I wasn’t already so full, I would have ordered another round. If you like BBQ, you need to find these guys and try the food, you will not be disappointed. These 2 are truly talented and I hope they are on their way to their own restaraunt in the future. They deserve it, the food is outstanding.
