There alright so I walk in there hit with all this people practically saying buy it buy it buy it. That’s why I give this place 1 star

Today I had the highest customer service experience here, and it started with me being a little peeved with the place. But it wasn’t their fought. My phone died, it was time to get a new one anyways. So I came here, where I usually come for phones, where I picked Virgin Mobile for a no-contract carrier years ago. Problem: they don’t carry Virgin Mobile any more. The company, Sprint, decided to place VM in big box stores exclusively, defeating the very purpose I selected it – for stores like this. Instead I went to that toxic, national embarrassment known as Wal Mart, and predictably hilarity ensued – I couldn’t authorize the phone – so I came here a second time, resolved on switching over to Sprint’s other no-contract company, Boost. For the second time I was peeved at the place. But it wasn’t their fought. Because Virgin and Booth are the same company, if I was to keep my number I couldn’t have the sale price. About this time my Irish temper was about to explode. Nicely, the clerk here, did me a solid. He took my phone and called his contacts to find the problem. This became a ordeal, and he did it with out no payment or possible sale at all. Meanwhile he was helping customers, taking phone calls, and juggling phones. Eventually he discovered the problem which was that I was boned. Wal Mart did something wrong, and it would take a total redo of my account, loss of credit in it, and another phone number. No thanks. But doing what the clerk did is why I love this place. There was no reward for this kind of help, but he did it anyways. Five stars. I am thinking of just paying full price, or going with another number to switch over because of great service like this.
