Bibibop Asian Grill

Awesome!!! Have been wanting to try Bibibop and looking forward to the location opening closer to home soon. What a great idea for a quick lunch option. I got a bowl with nearly everything under the sun. Tons of fresh veggies, chicken, purple rice, and 3 of the 4 sauces. I approve and will be a regular once there is one a little closer.

I love this place. My favorite new Asian /​Korean «street food» concept. The food is fresh, healthy, a great value and delicious! You can chose a bowl, salad or roll and your proteins, veggies, etc… And then 4 different sauces — which they make all in house. Today I had steak bowl w/​Korean red sauce. Great sweet and spicy flavor. All 4 of the sauces are awesome. Left full all for $ 8.50. I think this concept is going to explode!

Fast casual concept strikes again! This time it’s Korean. I got the bowl with purple rice and tofu – added black beans, potatoes, all the veggies (corns, pickled radish, kale, carrots) and finally egg ribbons. Topped ‘er off with the Yum Yum and Spicy Sriracha sauces plus a sprinkle of sesame seeds. It’s not a huge portion but it’s so filling. I asked for a lid for leftovers to take out. Not sure I love this place enough for it to become a habit, but it’s somewhat healthy so if you do get hooked it won’t have to be a guilty pleasure. Service is fast and friendly and the dining areas are communal, modern and well-​designed.

Great idea, love the asian fusion food. Fast Service and super friendly staff. Clean dining room, and affordable prices for healthy food which is unheard of. Really enjoyed the experience, will definitely be back.

Their sauces taste like they’re made in a plastic factory. I think that’s what threw me. It’s rice, chicken and cheap veggies with out of a can sauce. There are no good tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms or onions. You can really only get chicken. Tofu is nasty and even a lot of vegetarians don’t like it. I’d think that they’re making a lot of money because their cost of food is so low.
I like food that tastes good.

Went there tonight close to closing and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Food was very good — comparable to the other locations I’ve been to. Love Bibibop & so glad they opened a location on Sawmill! :)

Didn’t make it to the free lunch opening last week, but I was in the area yesterday so I swung by. It was… good, but I doubt I’ll go back.
It’s a lot like Chipotle, where you pick your carb/​meat/​veggies, and go. Very, very fast, and the service was friendly. I had a bowl with purple rice (which I couldn’t taste under the sauce and other toppings,) steak, veggies, and a mix of sriracha and «Korean red» sauce. Tip: get no sauces here; you can add them at the condiment/​utensil bar. They were great, but covered up other flavors.
The veggies were super fresh, making this potentially healthy. The meat was very tasty. The sauces were good, and there was a surprising amount of heat in the sriracha. All in all it was a nice little bowl, but that was another issue: little. I came in, and left, hungry. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a decent size, but I wanted a bigger one, or a side. The side options are limited, and didn’t seem filling: edamame, kimchi, miso. It’s set up so you come in, grab a quick meal, and leave. Clean, open, and comfy seating.
Decent food, but didn’t scratch my «Korean food» itch at all. Still, it was tasty and fast. And cheap. But I left and got a little snack somewhere else.

Grand opening and free food from 11 – 2, who can resist? There is a big line but it’s moving quickly.
I love the food here and have visited other locations. If you like Piada or Chipotle then you will love this Asian twist.
I ordered the bowl with steak as my protein, purple rice, potatoes, sprouts and beans. I added all of the remainder ingredients available. Too much goodness to not add it all.
Sauce– I picked «yum yum».
They were handing out free cans of pop to drink which was also very kind.
