Roy Johnson in service was wonderful and polite. I only give 3 stars due to the fact the woman in charge of making my appointment made it a complete hassle to get my recalled air bag(huge safety concern) taken care of. Once I put in a call to the service manager and explained my problem, I received an immediate call back from the lady who had been dodging my calls for weeks. Again, thanks to Roy and the service manager for doing their parts to make the issue pleasant as possible.

Most comfortable I’ve ever been in auto dealer, The only thing that kept it from being perfect was the mention of a 3 day warranty. I noticed some issues when test driving and did not push it.2 Days later, tires needed to be balanced, an axle needed to be replaced, and some trim on the windsheild was loose… Needless to say $ 340 out the window, with no 3 day warranty… Happy as can be with the van, but misrepresenting a warranty just to get me out of the parking lot, bothers me…

I give Cindy in the service center a rating of five stars. I will use only her. I’ve left my car in Roys hands and felt disrespected and dissatisfied with service.
