*responded to call promptly
*showed up for appointment as promised
*100% professional
*fixed my 1948-​style front door lock rather than being lazy and just trying to sell me a new one — he genuinely WANTED to fix it! YAY!
*sold and programmed a car keyfob on-​sight for a reasonable price

I’ve dealt with Brandon countless times over the years for both business and personal. He is always quick, personable and honest. When you ask for the price on what needs to be done, he gives it up front and doesn’t deviate from that. I needed service this morning and Brandon was there within the hour. I appreciate the quick and friendly service and would recommend him to my friends and family.

I called and made an appointment and just did not get a good feeling because the only thing he asked for was my phone number. I called back 5 minutes after hanging up with him to add to my order and he did not answer. On the day of the supposed appointment I rushed home after work to wait, 30 minutes before my appointment I called to verify the time. The person that answered the phone was not helpful and said he had to look for my appointment and would call me back in 5 minutes. I don’t know what kind of watch he uses but, I have yet to get that call back. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Store front no longer exists. Called and quoted 50.00 to cut the key, then he cut the key and price went to 60.00. Would not provide a paper receipt. Would only email or text a receipt. Turns out it’s a link to print a receipt. I will never use them again and will pass this information on to friends and family to ensure they do not either.

Had to hire another locksmith to fix two doors this guy broke, left pins out. He did not finish what we agreed to do. He was twice as expensive as the guy who came out and fixed what he broke. When I called to try to get him back out to finish and fix things he would not take our calls. I canceled his check three days later after several attempts to work it out. He finally did call threatening my wife and me to put us in jail. He cursed at us and was very unreasonable. His business card says «you are done when you say we are done or you don’t pay».
This guy should have a negative star. I found out after the fact he has an «F» with the BBB after I filed a complaint with them.
