I have been here twice to order tile, and both times the customer service was horrible! The first time I walked in, the place was empty. It took 20 minutes for me to even find an employee, and when I did he was on «break» on the computer and couldn’t help me. Luckily by then I already knew what I needed and made an order with the next employee around 10 minutes later. The second visit was just as bad to pick up the tile I ordered on the first visit. 30 minutes to have an employee print out my pick ticket and direct me towards the pick up area. If I didn’t need the tile to complete a project on such a short time line, I would have left. The employees in the front part of the store lack general customer service. I found when I had a question during the ordering process I was talked down to. I ended up order over 2K worth of tile to complete my project at the Pasadena location, where I was addressed immediately and had employees help with decisions and design ideas. I will never go back to the Columbia location. However, the gentleman that works in the warehouse was awesome and friendly. I came during his lunch shift and he was polite and loaded everything into my car with a smile. Maybe they should put him up front!
