I’ve been frustrated with many of the providers in town, but I’ve been pleased with Quantum. Last year when we were having so many bad snow storms, almost all the internet providers in town went down but we still had quantum up and humming along. There’s still down time, but I expect that of all internet companies. Most of the time, fixing it is as simple as rebooting the router. I just appreciate being able to reach a local guy without going through the headache of listening to an automated help service. I also appreciate that they’re not one of the major companies trying to screw over people and I think they’ll be dedicated to net neutrality no matter what happens.
