We were helped today by Rob in selecting a deluxe playset for our backyard. He was very attentive and informative. We were able to make our selection, and check out quickly. The experience was very positive, and we would highly recommend Play N’ Learn to other families.

Called to ask about services and the representative was rushed, rude and very short in his responses. I simply called for more information. I can guarantee I won’t inquiry again! ;)

Buyer beware! I feel obligated to leave this post to warn unsuspecting consumers like myself. We purchased a mid-sized swing set for our daughter when she was two years old. The swingset itself was great. She was a tad young for the size, but we thought she would«grow into it» over time. And with proper supervision it was working out great. She loved it! Sales team, schedulers and installers were all very responsive and knowledgeable. They even came to our house at no charge to ensure the spot I wanted to install the unit was adequate/safe. All was going well, my daughter loves it until… Squirrels started chewing it to pieces. Our lot backs to a wooded area and the squirrels are feasting on the set. Not only is is become an eyesore but it is a danger to kids as splintering is occurring all around the sett. Within a few years I could see it even becoming structurally unsound. I tried home remedies to no avail. I contacted Play N Learn and they offered little to no help and stated the manufactures warrantee did not cover damage from squirrels. They seemed very surprised by this complaint which I find hard to believe we are the only ones that eventually found ourselves in the same predicament. After paying nearly $ 5k for a swingset I expected more — or at least some attempt to stand behind their product. Which they market as a premium swing set. They did not even respond to my most recent email, as I offered in good faith to work out something mutually beneficial before I felt obligated to write this post. I have heard from some review and further reading that pressure treating wood is a deterrent to small animals/squirrels. Play N Learn uses this angle(not pressure treated) as some sort of safer/more natural solution in their sales process. Be ready for a big disappointment if you live anywhere that squirrels are around — which is just about everywhere. Buyer beware. Next stop BBB I guess. Would love to hear from anyone else that had similar issue. This post is specifically for people buying a swingset. I see most post are centered around the children’s activity center where they display different swingsets for sale.

This place is great. I think most folks are there to play rather than buy. Some of these swing sets are $ 5k. Wow! It’s really just an open place with swing sets, air hockey and lots of games. The parents need to watch their kids. No workers to supervise play which was fine by me. It was a little chilly inside but not overly so. Three huge trampolines and big enough so that kids don’t run over each other playing. Worth the drive from us. Some folks there are annual members. Guess if u have an annual membership u don’t need to make reservations. Wegmans is only 3 mi away too :-).

First and foremost the pictures on the website are misleading as they make it seem the indoor playground is huge. A bit crowded but fair priced($ 6 for 2 hours of play). Good fun for a bad weather day and over the kids who were 5 and 6 year old boys liked it.

Talk about a great birthday alternative to Pump it up or Jump Zone! This store is large and has at least 7 or 8 solid wooden play structures set up, several trampolines, and a basketball area. SUPERFUN! All of the kids really enjoyed being there. We had the party on a Sunday because the store is closed to open play, even though the show room is still open for viewing. A few people clearly snuck in and played for free, but we really didn’t mind at all because there was more than enough room! There’s a back room with a fridge and sink for pizza and cake. The store doesn’t supply food, but you can bring in anything you’d like. Your child can even create their own playlist on your ipod and the store will stream is over the store speakers so the kids can play to their favorite tunes. Store staff was super friendly and very helpful! Will definitely consider again in the future!

This indoor swing set store is a ton of fun for kids on a bad-weather day. In my head, I had pictured a larger store, but I was being greedy. There was plenty for the kids to climb, swing, and slide on. This place gets crowded, so arrive early. Also has trampolines and air hockey.

Went to a birthday party here and was very impressed. A clean environment with exciting play equipment for kids of all ages. Slide, climbing, trampolines, swings, basketball hoops, football tables and a back room for bday. Back room was small for a bday with 15 kids and adults. I will be back here.
