I can barely give this business a star. Customer service was very disappointing. Merchandise was missing, wrong sizes, lacking embroidery that was ordered. Their rep was less than helpful and treated me disrespectfully. I cannot refer or recommend this business. I gave the owner an opportunity to make right through e-​mail several weeks ago. I’ve yet to hear back.

I will update my review once I get my items and place an order with them. This review is just for their customer service.
I have contacted this company to get three jackets screen printed with numbers. When I called a representative picked up and I was not very pleased with their service. Right when I called I stated the following, «hello, could I ask you a question…» And the lady responds yeah… And I said, «oh ok could I do screen printing if it’s a few items and not in bulk… Cause…» And she immediately responds by cutting me off in mid sentence and says, no! And I was taken a back. So I said,“oh I mean for numbers.” And she just says, yeah in an annoyed tone. I ask her how much and I can hear her frustration. I mean how am I supposed to know how much their prices are? In other words, their customer service did not seem at all friendly. I personally believe that customer service deserves a majority of my stars. However, please keep in mind that this is an interaction with just one staff. I may have a different experience when I go into the store and is introduced to a more friendly staff member.
Once I place an order and get my items, I will update my review. But as of right now I am not too pleased.

Needed 100 t-​shirts (one color, graphic on front) made in a week and these guys got the job done. The service was great, the prices were reasonable and although you can find a few cheaper options online, the quick turnaround (no rush fee) and desire to support local small businesses makes Nightmare Graphics a great bet.
