Changes Salon and Spa

Anne did a wonderful job on my relaxer retouch, blow out and iron work. She is very kind and personable. Made me feel like a million dollars! Will see her again!

I have been going to Changes for about 5 years now. Absolutely love it. I have used Holly, Aundre, Anne and Lanae, and all have been very professional yet friendly, and good at what they do. Holly particularly is a wizard with color. The only time I’ve ever had a problem, Holly had me come in and took care of it right away. I’ve referred several friends here who have become regular customers as well. Love Changes!

Good salon, expensive, Margret is wonderful! But HORRIBLE front desk. I had been going to this salon since 2009, then in October 2012, I had a horrible experience with the front desk. Both myself and my mother (who lived in NJ) had been going to this salon for years. I called made an appointment for my mom, confirmed time with her. Than a week or so later my mom was running behind, so I called to let the salon know. The same girl I had made the appointment with told me «yay– she (meaning my mom), doesn’t have an appointment, and if she did that girl is gone. I remember you made am appointment but this ain’t my fault and get over it.» I asked to speak with an owner or mAnager and she told me «hell no, they ain’t here and I am not going to put you on the phone.» Needless to say I called several times to speak to an owner, reviewed nothing back. I didn’t want anything for free just wanted a simple apology. I believe this girl was since fired but to this day I refuse to go back because of the aftermath and how no one contacted me back. As if the thousands of dollars my mother and I spent there meant nothing. Once we starting going somewhere else we realized just how expensive changes was. I prefer the salon around the corner now. Had cut and color with Linea. Great job, friendly and listened. I had so many complements on the result. Will definitely go back.

First time at this salon. Friendly staff, could not do enough for me. Went in undecided on what style to get. Met and talked to Linnea who took her time in helping me to decide what style would be the best. I have been to many salons over the years and I must say that this was best experience I ever had. I am impressed with the service and atmosphere. I felt as though I was visiting with a friend the whole time I was there. I will be a loyal customer of Changes and Linnea’s from now on. Thanks for a great experience!

I have patronized Changes for a few years. The front desk staff is professional and welcoming. The stylists are down-​to-​earth and not snobbish or haughty as I have experienced in some salons. The salon is well-​maintained. I feel relaxed whenever I make a visit.

Love this place, been coming here for about 6 years now, and I’m going to seriously miss it now that I’m moving away. Staff is always super friendly and professional, without ever being pompous or overbearing. The décor is sort of a modern twist on classic, even if that sounds contradictory, and the place was always clean anytime I went there. Nice little add ons like free bang trims too. Going to miss you Changes!

I found out about this place through work when I saw a coworker come in with the hottest hair ever! I loved her hair and asked where she had it done. Here, obviously! She then told me about the referral program that Changes has…25% off to all newly referred customers AND the person who refers gets 25% off too! AWESOME! So I went to Crystal, my coworker’s stylist. There are actually a few people at my workplace that go to Crystal. She is great! I have never left a hair salon so happy with my hair. Crystal is young and stylish and not afraid to try something new with your hair if you’re up for it. I’m the type to say «eh, just do something fun with it.» and Crystal is up for that challenge. She has a great personality too! The girl at the front desk and who answers the phone (whose name I can’t think of right now. Megan??) is a sweetheart. She gives Changes a great face to the company with her great customer service. She is genuinely friendly which I greatly appreciate.
