My daughter lives in this apartment complex. I am extremely happy she picked Campusview. I can rest at night knowing she is in a safe area. So far management has been very helpful at resolving any issues that we have had. The office staff always treats us with respect and handles all issues very professionally. I called tonight expecting to leave a message, instead a gal named Dawn answered the phone. I immediately felt like I might get a rude response for calling late on a Sunday but I could not have been more wrong. I told her about a few repairs that were needed. She listened to me patiently and was absolutely one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with on the phone. Overall, I can’t think of anything negative about this apartment complex and would recommend it to any student. :)

Campus View Apartments is a great place to live-​close to campus, community activities, and a free shuttle to campus. The prices are great and the staff is very friendly.

Really bad service. It always take a long time to get things repaired. The office people are not familiar with their work, I have signed up for a renew contract long time ago and they told me they didn’t have a spot for me just one day before the ending date of the term and they didn’t give me any compensation for their mistake. I will never recommend any of my friend live here.

Horrible. AC never works, appliances are old, inspectors and pest control are in my place every week annoying me. I can hear everything my roommate does and every person that walks by outside. No hot water in the mornings since apparently the whole building runs off one water heater.
