Literally the easiest baby-stuff-buying experience ever. 1. Checked friend’s registry online, picked out the items 2. Went to buybuyBaby store in Harbison on LUNCHBREAK 3. Directed to customer service where they printed registry 4. LOCATEDANDGRABBEDTHEITEMSFORME! 5. Paid and was on my way out. Total time: 10 minutes Fantastic service with a smile. Will definitely go back, and recommend.

I went to this store as I had heard of it when I went shopping at a nearby Motherhood. Even though I have heard of the store, I didn’t think it would have anything more than Babies R Us or Target might have. I was definitely wrong. I decided to register here more as a means to create a shopping list as I’m not having a shower for this baby and to help keep me on track with my expenses. I like that they offer price matching, and you can also obtain coupons for their store. The layout of the store is very nice. But the reason that I’m taking the time to write a review was due to the high level of customer service that I received. The staff walked me through the store and gave me a lot of information about the products that they have and even researched different colors for me in the case that I wanted something that might have not been in store. In total, three associates helped me and they were very patient with me despite me taking my kids and they were acting a bit bratty. I’m certainly impressed and will most likely be purchasing most of my things from this store due to their price matching, coupons, and customer service.

There is a great selection of products here and it is always easy to find good deals. Helpful hint: you can use Bed Bath & Beyond coupons here since it is the same company! I was able to get a great deal on a quality organic mattress thanks to a great sales clerk who was able to get me the best deal based on the coupons and gift cards I had. I ended up saving $ 90! She also brought the mattress out to my car and loaded it in the back for me which was incredibly helpful since I’m very pregnant and can’t lift anything. There is also a really nice man who works in the store and always offers to help. He hooked me up with a goody bag full of free goodies, coupons, and promos. Great deal! Definitely check out this location for your baby shopping or registry.
