Save your sanity and do not use these people. They lie and are incredibly rude. They charged my card for a dump they did not provide. Then they kept giving me the run around when I was trying to get refunded for the service they did not provide. They did not pick up when they said they would.
Just don’t do it.

Beware of this company. They are affiliated with the Dumpster Company and Dumpster 4 Junk. They will blind side you with dumpster and service charges. After a month, they charge my credit card for a dumpster service I never asked for or received and to top it off, they are fighting me on the charge. Unbelievable! These people are crooks. They are late on dumpster drop-​offs and pickups. My husband and I would wait for the dumpster drop off and they did not show as scheduled. After the third time, we stopped doing business with them. Don’t even get me started with their customer service. Just horrible. This company deserves no stars.

BIG ISSUES!!! This is a servicing company only. They hire any Jackass company with a truck and dumpster, close to your area. I was in a bind and needed something ASAP in Estacada, OR. So I did not take heed to the other reviews. BIG MISTAKE!!! Customer service is shaky depending on who you get. If you have never used a roll off company before you might think that you are getting a good deal. But if you have dealt with roll off companies, they SUCK!!! Read other reviews about hidden fees and extra charges, I’m not wasting any more time with them, and neither will any of my companies 9 other superintendents.

Big scam artist tell you a price then they have 90 days to let you know that you where over weight never told me this, they just said construction debris was ok i had no concrete just cabinets and drywall and wood
ended up costing me way more for the dumpsters on top of it they charged my bank account without first telling me

Don’t ever rent a dumpster from this company. They will robbed you with extra charges. I rented a dumpster and it was a nightmare. First, the automatically charged my card saying that they could not pick up the dumpster because the driveway was blocked which was not true. To leave the dumpster the on my driveway the first driver drove the truck the wrong way to be able to leave the dumpster. When they come to pick it up they wanted me to tell all my neighbors to move their cars because the guy was not able to get the dumpster from my driveway so they left and said, «driveway was blocked.» And I got charged $ 175. I called ask to speak with a manager and have no response. A month later they called me and said I owe them $ 437 because my dumpster was overweighted. They waited a month to throw the garbage and let me know. How can they probe it was my dumpster? If that is the case every customer can be robbed like that and be charged extra. First, they robbed me with the $ 175 and then they robbed me charging me $ 437 extra. I don’t think is fair that companies like this made money abusing customers. The fact that, they cover themselves making you sign a contract, shouldn’t allow them to step on people’s rights as consumers. I hope there is more people complaining about the same problem so we can take this complain to consumer affairs. Believe me this company is the worst.

Do not use them. HORRIBLE! A lot of hidden fees. They charge you weeks to a month later without warning and refuse to provide documentation. I actually went through my credit card company and got everything resolved. They charged me 3 times for overage for 3 dumpsters. $ 395, $ 342 and $ 185. Each time without warning. They are SOOOO rude and they were yelling at me for questioning the charge, telling me its not their problem i can’t weigh in tons. WHAT??? My credit company disputed the charges and demanded paperwork from them. Since they were not able to provide, I got the money back. This company is a scam. BE AWARE!!!

I had such a horrible experience with this company. Please be aware if you cancel before they come they will charge you almost half the price of the dumpster. They charged me $ 200 for cancelling. Horrible Horrible company to deal with.

Scammers. We used a dumpster with a 2 ton agreement to get rid of our kitchen cabinets and some doors. After pickup, we were charged overage fees for going over the weight limit by SIX TONS! Really? I doubt our standard size kitchen had cabinets and doors weighing anything near 16,000 pounds. Of course, they deducted an additional $ 600 from our account with this false claim.

Total scammers! They try to stick you with extra charges after the fact. My wife and I refused to sign a additional form they sent us via internet which would give them permission to charge your card in addition to the original cost which was agreed to at the time. When I called them to have the dumpster picked up they refused and said they would not pick up until I signed document. My advice to all would be to use local company for these services, these guys are just middle men. Wife didn’t know that when she ordered — UGH!
And to add insult to injury, the little dweeb that I dealt with on the phone yelled and threatened me with legal action. FYI, there are plenty of similar complaints /​reviews just like ours on

DON’T DO IT!!! What a bunch of backwoods hillbillies. Cost me hundreds of dollars in downtime while my crew sat around and twiddled their thumbs, after I was promised our full dumpster would be emptied this morning, and they didn’t show up. Not even an apology from them! Plus, they just broker the contracts out to local dumpster companies. I finally got ahold of the local company they brokered with, and it turns out they didn’t even call them to order the dump until AFTER I called to complain. Oh– not to mention they initially QUADRUPLE charged me for this, debiting over $ 2000 from my checking account for something that should have been $ 400.
NEVER AGAIN. EVER.

This is the worst dumpster company ever! Don’t think for a second that if you speak to a manager to get help you will because he will curse at you and then laugh. Funny how we own a business and try to stick with one company for a dumping service and they treat you like crap. Never even got an apology. Do not do business with these nobodies.
