the plumber they sent me Matt he was not professional and they try to charge for a parts that they want me to buy even the estimate he give me was including the parts too so i got charged 46 $ for nothing and the price was so high

Top notch company. I had the privilege of meeting Gary R. when I was in need of a plumber. Gary was very polite and professional from the moment he stepped through the door. He explained everything that was done and took the time to even show me. He gave me a high end price and a low one. Of course I figured I would be paying the higher of the two but was pleasantly surprised when I was told he could do the job for the lower after inspecting it. HONEST! You don’t see much of that these days. I would give Gary R a higher rating if possible. I definitely know who I will be calling whenever in need of my plumbing needs. And so should you. You won’t be disappointed. Go ahead and give them a call.

I can’t even speak highly enough about this company. I called them for a 2nd opinion after having what turns out to be an idiot plumber out first. Matt came out and able to unclog my main sewer line in under 2 hours and completely cleaned up everything. From the initial call to the incredibly kind woman, Heidi, who answered the call, to Matt leaving, I was beyond pleased throughout. What a sense of relief they have given me! Thank you!

We have used Sanford-​Kramer Plumbing services for years and had always been pleased with their quality work and professional staff. Now that they have re-​branded as Best Choice Plumbers I see the continuation of those high standards. Although they had to move our appointment to the next day they let me know as soon as they could and were very apologetic (Heidi handled this all with great aplomb). Their records were complete and they anticipated our problem based on their last visit 9 months earlier. David L. was a superior mechanic, did an excellent job, within the estimate and is a personable and capable professional.
