What a great experience. Our project was done professionally and with the upmost attention to fine detail. The owner Kenny and his crew are true geniuses. Anyone who is even considering an outdoor project should meet with Total Concepts. Their ability to design is incredible and their work is amazing. My family loves our new backyard. Disaster from start to finish. Started the work in order to receive a chunk of the payment, then left us hanging close to a month. Lots of excuses on the owner’s part, but apart from the amusement of listening to really creative and innovative lies, the experience was AWFUL.
